Chris showed up right on time and I covered the job scope with him and he performed the work quickly and exactly as promised. He even went above and beyond in installing a threaded bib rather than a sweated bib for easy maintenance in the future. He was very thorough and cleaned up nicely upon the job completion. I would definitely use Chris again and recommend him to friends and family.

Service rep arrived on time and was very thorough. Even taking the time to explain what he was doing. Completed work on time and cleaned up as he went along. At the end he also offered some other services that we may be interested in for the future. He also recommended someone to repair small space in the wall he had to cut to accommodate the gas line. We contacted this person and had just as good experience with them.

It was a very good experience. They were on time, scheduled the job quickly, and they were able to complete job in a timely manner.

They put in a water heater the first time. The guy was great, did it on time, and the price was right. Recently I needed a kitchen faucet installed. I called them, again they were prompt, the price was right, and when the job was completed further assistance for any other plumbing concerns was offered to me.

Chris did a great job. My husband was going to do the work but saw the $69.00 deal for a disposer install and thought it would be money well spent. My husband didn't want to spend half a day under the kitchen sink possibly fighting with an old, rusty disposer. Unlike many of the deals on Angie's List where you have to wait weeks to get an appointment, Chris was able to come within a couple days. Chris also remarked that we had purchased a good disposer, the exact model he has at his house. When contractor types come to our house, we sometimes hear a litany of all the problems they see. It was refreshing to have someone say something positive! If we had not chatted, the install probably would have taken less than 30 minutes. Chris used "old" parts and did not try to sell us anything. The disposer works great; it's effective and quiet. Good job from a nice guy.

It was outstanding. Best plumber we've had here. When I originally called to make and appointment, the person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and thorough. When I described the project you could tell the person knew exactly what I was talking about. The plumber was filled in ahead of time and they even offered a $25 discount for being an Angie's List member. Every aspect of the job was outstanding and we were really pleased. Our plumber was Christopher Mark Rusnell II.

Christopher arrived a few minutes late which was no problem and immediately asked to be apprised of the problem. I took him to the guest bathroom and explained that the water would not get hot in either the sink or the shower. He appeared to have the situation under control at that point. He started by getting his tools, removing the shower valve, and replacing it with one he had brought from the truck. The entire operation took less than an hour and he explained each step and piece of equipment as he completed the task. Very efficient and competent.

A+ experience from scheduling to completion of the job. Everyone was pleasant, professional, punctual and just plain fun to deal with. You can't ask for better than that in the business world. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Did lead to other work being performed including replacement of a shower faucet. Took repeated trips to complete

I purchased a $55 deal that Pipe Doctor Plumbing was offering on Angie's list to install a garbage disposal that I purchased. I called this morning and Randi, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, easily found record of my purchase and then asked me a few questions about the new unit before scheduling the service to avoid any inconveniences. Due to a recent opening in the repair schedule, Randi believed that she could fit me in today and possibly within an hour of my call. She confirmed my information and asked to call me back after confirming when I could expect the plumber to arrive. She called me back about 15 minutes later and confirmed that a plumber could be at my house within an 1 hour and 15 minutes. Within the time frame quoted, a very professional and friendly plumber showed up. I showed him to the sink and pointed out the new disposal and packaging. He retrieved tools from his truck and got to work. Within 20 minutes the disposal was installed and he tested it. During testing he discovered a problem with my cold water pressure and vibration. A problem I was already aware of and was about to ask him about. He looked under the sink and noticed that the valve wasn't turned all the way open and the problem was fixed. Next the plumber told me how to take advantage of additional warranty benefits by filling out the registration card and provided the serial number sticker from the new unit. I had an amazing experience. I will definitely use Pipe Doctor Plumbing again.

It went great, appt was for 10:30 and he called at 9 to see if I was available for an early appt which I was. Chris is a Master Plumber and was able to do this fixture replacement without having to go through the back side of the wall which other plumbers had previously told me had to be done. He did it all from inside the shower, and it looks and works great. He obviously know's what he's doing. We definitely will use again.

Chris showed up on time and went right to work. He determined that the valve was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. He not only replaced it, but did so in a manner that makes the unit owner replaceable if I chose to do so in the future. During the course of the visit, he examined several other things I had concerns about, such as changing hoses on a two year old washer, and while he was willing to take action advised that I could safely wait for awhile longer. It was a pleasure not to be "upsold" and have someone make repairs in such a way that I could take action if I wished should the replaced unit fail. There was a marked difference in dealing with a plumber as opposed to the many "technicians" that I have dealt with for many years. The project happened to right outside a window, and I was able to watch the entire process without disturbing him. His was methodical in all facets measuring several times and cutting once, for example. I will absolutely use this company again for any plumbing needs.

Christopher showed up when they said he would, installed the hose bib and looked at the toilet in my master bath and repaired that as well for $82 additional. He explained the two water lines in the front of my house (always wondered about that). Very happy with the work. e was in & out in about 30 minutes or so.... I would call this company back out again for anything.. Life is good! It's great to not have a leaky faucet in the front of my house wasting water, and my toilet working the way it should.

performedWhen I showed Nick from Pipe Doctor the two leaky faucets that I had purchased hose bibb deals ($59 each) for, he said he could fix the front yard one without having to replace it. He was nice enough to call in and see if I could apply that money to some other service and the owner agreed so I decided to use another Angies list deal and get a kitchen faucet installed for $69. Now both my outside faucets don't drip anymore and the kitchen faucet is just beautiful! Nick was professional and efficient and I appreciated that he didn't replace the front yard faucet when it just needed to be tightened up. I also appreciate that the owners of Pipe Doctor were flexible enough to let me transfer that hose bibb deal to the kitchen faucet deal. I don't think this is their normal policy but it spoke volumes to me about their positive attitude towards customer service. I have already called them to come back and take care of a clogged drain. I am very pleased with this company and recommend them without hesitation.

Nick was on time and able to complete is task without me peering over his shoulder. Not only did he do the above tasks but went above the call of duty to install an additional piece of pipe with a jog in it. The original pipe had been attached to the house at one time but had come loose and also bent or warped away from the wall a little and was slightly rotated. Hard to explain, the pipe is exposed and it looked like a snake standing up, but instead of hugging the house, it bends out and the old spigot was rotated a little. At any rate, the beautiful new hose bib and new jogged extension are working wonderfully and are attached to the house wall, not just flapping in the breeze. The cost for the additional service was more than reasonable and showed good will on the part of the company. They are a pleasure to do business with.

I called and talked to Randi and asked a few questions which she was very helpful. Christopher came out and installed a water heater and 2 Toto toilets on the 8th. He showed up right on time. Very professional and did a great job on the installation. It was a pleasant experience doing business with this company. No hidden cost or trying to pressure you into some more expensive sale. In fact about a month later I used them again in conjunction with Angie's deal on new hose bibbs. Christopher again arrived on time and removed the old bibbs and replace them with the new quarter turn bibbs in no time at all. Again a job well done and a bargain. Excellent and honest service.
