Description of Work: They installed our new kitchen faucet, and provided new angle stop valves. The old faucet was corroded and needed to be cut away, existing angle stop valves were inoperable. Work was performed quickly, thorough clean-up, solid installation.

Description of Work: Young Chris came to deal with our under sink leak. It proved to be we were in need of a new garbage disposal. He also addressed other concerns that I had with professionalism and attention to detail. We will definitlynbe using pipe Dr. in the future!

Description of Work: We called and Chris, the owners son, came out and installed our new water softener and reverse osmosis (R/O) for us. As usual, they were on time (we have used Pipe Doctor in the past and liked them exceptionally well). Chris was so professional, not to mention nice and personable. We could tell by the way he was working that 1.) he has been doing this type of work for a while, and 2.) he knew exactly what he was doing. 3.) He is proficient. He got the water softener installed quickly with no problems, but when it came time to install the water line to the refrigerator, he ran into a problem. Apparently when the home was built some of the tubing became crimped and he was having a hard time running the line in. With in a matter of minutes, he figured out an old trick his grandfather had shown him, and voila! it worked and we had the fridge water up and running! My husband and I were both so impressed that he did not give up when he ran into this problem, but remedied the situation!! A lot of other plumbers would have thrown the towel in and given up, but Chris prevailed and we couldn't be happier with our new system! I will definitely use Pipe Dr again, and we will continue to refer our friends and family to them also!

Description of Work: I had a leak in an interior wall on the other side of the bathroom. Chris did a great job fixing this. He had to cut a pice of pipe out and re-solder it, which looked like it was a pain. He was couteous and professonial throughout the process. I would definitely use the Pipe Doctors/Chris again.

Description of Work: I needed to have a new sink faucet I purchased separately installed in the kitchen and due to health problems, I couldn't crawl under the sink to do the work. I used the Angie's Big Deal to have someone from Pipe Doctor to come over and install the faucet. I called the Pipe Doctor office and was able to schedule a service visit easily. In fact, since I was having another service person over for a separate job, they were able to work with me to have their person come at the same time. Having limited time off from work, this was really helpful. Nick arrived promptly at the time scheduled, wasn't bothered that other service people were milling about. he just went to work and got the faucet installed in maybe a half hour at most.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list 'Big Deal' for installation of a new garbage disposal. The drain was slow and the disposal no longer worked.

Description of Work: The garbage disposal would not work and I thought I needed a new one. Christopher came within the hour promised and found out that it wasn't the disposal but the pipe from the RO system was smaller than usual and food was caught between the two. Christopher was very friendly and punctual and knew exactly what the problem was; he was in and out in about a half hour. The cost was very reasonable and I plan to have him come back for additional work soon.

Description of Work: Contacted the company to setup an appointment to have a new hose bib installed using a AL deal of $49.00. They gave me a mutually agreeable date and time to perform the installation.

Description of Work: This was listed as a deal - $59 to replace a hose bib (and two faucet aerators thrown in the deal, too). Nick the technician came out, took a look at my problem (the outside hose bib was badly corroded and leaking). He told me the worst case scenario that might occur after he opened it up and I told him to proceed. After he was in there, it was not worst case scenario and he was able to do a great job with a new hose bib and did not incur any further cost. Yay!

Description of Work: I had a bleeder line coming off my main water pipe to get water to my evap cooler. When I went to shut the cooler down for the season I could not get the little valve on the bleeder line to shut the water off completely. Nick came out and reconfigured the piping and did away with the little valve on the bleeder line. He cut into the pipe and installed a good, strong valve to turn the water to the cooler on/off.
