Excellent service. They were friendly, timely and efficient. Work was well done.

Technician discovered the hot/cold valves under sink were rusted and needed to be replaced. He had those on the truck and replaced them. I thought the labor and cost to replace those was a tiny bit pricey, but I honestly am not sure what it "should" have cost. Technician was professional and efficient.

This was an Angie's Big Deal. I had recently moved in to a new home and the kitchen faucet had very low water pressure. My dad could not fix it and he recommended I get the faucet replaced. I bought a new kitchen faucet and scheduled Pipe Doctor Plumbing. They were right on time. I explained that I had very little water pressure due to build-up on the kitchen faucet dispenser. Within five minutes, they determined there was not a problem with the faucet at all, the build-up just had to be cleaned off of the sprayer. So, in essence, he fixed the problem easily - even stating this may be taking away on his service call! This was refreshing and honest, but I still had him change out the faucet since I liked the new faucet better. So he did a great job at changing out the faucet. He also told me I had a very high end garbage disposal (which I did not know), so now I use the garbage disposal for a lot more than I normally would. I asked if he would mind taking a look at my bathroom faucet handle. It was loose and I was hoping he could tighten it for an extra fee since he was there already. He took a look and said he could fix it easily and he said he would not charge me. So that was a very nice!

The plumber was a very nice guy who shared a lot of information with me. The installation seemed a little haphazard though. The faucet had to be redone a couple times till it operated properly and there seemed to be pieces (washers?) left over which wasn't comforting. I also had to detach, move, and reconnect one of the hoses since the extending nozzle wouldn't extend (as the hoses were tangled) the way it was done. The garbage disposal was installed crooked. It hasn't leaked or anything but again it's not comforting to look under the sink and see a crooked disposal unit. The work area was left dirty with scraps and pieces and a greasy counter / sink. Again, a very nice plumber who seemed willing to please but the overall project felt sloppy.

I DO NOT WANT TO REVIEW THIS COMPANY BUT YOUR COMPUTER JUST WONT ACCEPT IT. The work was performed perfectly but getting hold of the person was a week long telephone tag. PLEASE STOP sending me requests to rate this company. Thank you

Pipe Doctor plumbing wouldn't answer their phone or return calls. I wanted to schedule additional work as well. I called another service provider... they answered their phone and set up an appointment.

Chris was terrific. I had purchased a new faucet I planned to have installed due to my existing faucet being broken and leaking nonstop, but Chris said he could repair my existing faucet instead. He had the right part(s) with him, and fixed the faucet, which now works better than new, and I was able to save the cost of a new faucet! Throughout, he was friendly, knowledgable, efficient and clean. We were delighted with the service and will definitely use The Pipe Doctor again.

We had Pipe Doctor come out to install a T off the gas line feeding our outdoor fire pit so I could put in an gas grill in our outdoor kitchen. They were very fast, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They explained any issues I might have when running both the fire pit and grill at the same time. Provided guidance on the correct depth of trench I needed to dig and gave insight as to other services available from Pipe Doctor that you wouldn't think they provide, like outdoor misting systems. Once I had the trench dug and Pipe Doctor came back out to make the installation it was quick and painless. I also found them to be very very competitive as I also had called several other vendors for a price quote as well. I will be using them again in the future for all my plumbing needs!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. it was pretty good. There was a little glitch in it but he did a good job. He knew the house really well. They came out the following morning after I purchased the deal. When he installed the faucet, it was very hard to turn from one basin to the other basin but that corrected itself within a couple of days. He noted that there was a problem but he didn't get down and try and fix it anymore. The price was fair.

Chris did a great job, and even checked the toilets and adjusted them so they would flush properly. I will hire him again without hesitation for all my future plumbing needs.

From the initial call to the install everyone was professional. I will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Chris showed up on time, was very personable and provided helpful ideas to complete the project. He gave us a rough 'ball park' quote to do the job. We emailed him two days later and said we were interested and would he give us a firm quote. We never heard back from him. We phoned his office and said we definitely wanted him to do the job. Someone (I don't remember her name) said he was due back soon and would call us when he got in. We never heard from him. I called again a couple of days later and the same woman said she would would definitely give him the message. No callback. I understand that some people get booked up and can't take on any more work, but it is totally unprofessional to just blow off a potential client and not at least communicate your situation.

I purchased the deal and requested fast connect with several appt. options. I did not hear from them right away and Angie's List contacted me to ask if I had been contacted. When I said no, they followed up. The next day I had a call from Pipe Doctor and we made an appt. It took a few days longer than I expected, but it was still within a week of the purchase. Chris came on time and did the job. He is personable and efficient. The job was done in 45 minutes. This is the third time I have had Pipe Doctor do work in my home, which speaks for itself. Good work at a reasonable price.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. They came out a couple of days after I purchased the deal and we arranged the appointment around my work schedule. They were good and answered a few questions I had regarding other piping issues that were similar to the one they were repairing. I was not trying to get anything else out of them.

Arrived ON TIME!!! Did the installation in an efficient manner, cleaned up after himself, explained how to use and service it. He was pleasant, competent, and fast. He left no mess for me to clean up, either. He said it was a quality faucet (one I had bought at CostCo) and that it should give me good service. I was very pleased and will call this company again when I need a plumber

After two visits, he was unable to get toilet to flush properly. I had to call in someone else later on to fix that problem. He did fix the running toilet, and I believe gave me an honest evaluation of the non-functioning shower. He arrived promptly and was easy to contact. He did drip dirty water on my carpet, leaving some stains. Bill was a very courteous, pleasant person, but I would probably use a more local company next time.

Called on Wednesdaay and had to leave a message. I received a call back in about 15 minutes. We set up an appointment for Thrusday morning. Nick showed up at the door on time. I showed him what I needed done and he completed all the tasks in a very timely fashion. He explained everything he did. I even asked him about a whole house filtration system. He explained how theirs works, checked the location of the water supply, and showed me where it potentially could be installed. This was an absolutely factastic experience and will not only use them again, but will recommend them to anyone I can. Fantastic job!!!!

Awesome....very happy with the installation process

I did not go well seeing as how we cannot get a courtesy call back from anyone. Either they have time to perform the work or they don't - at this point we have no clue? After waiting over a month for a call back, we are moving on to another plumber. Chris came out to the house and seemed knowledgable and friendly. He explained that he originally hailed from Michigan and "gets the job done" just like you would expect from a friendly plumber back home. Apparently this is not the case.

It hasn't been done because they don't call back.

They did what they were hired to do, and the price was reasonable. I was satisfied with them.
