Todd and Rick did an excellent job. These guys are professional, punctual and super easy to work with. I particularly liked the fact they do most of the work themselves. They are really good at their craft and are super neat. I already have them working on another project!

Raced home to meet with Todd. He walked around the house with us to listen to what we wanted. No room would go untouched. Full kitchen remodel, floors in entire house, tile shower and bath master bathroom, tile shower guest bath, new counter tops in entire house. We did not hear back for two weeks. My husband called to follow up and make sure they had our correct email address. Todd did not recall meeting with us, said he would call back once he checked back into the office.We never heard back from him. I don't mind a company choosing not to take my job , however, I would have liked to have had a professional response.

Great communication and very easy to work with. Flexible as we had an issue with our tile coming in on time and he worked with us to get rescheduled at the last minute. Was always on time and the quality of work was great. Work was completed on schedule as quoted. Very happy with the results! Would recommend this company!

I put off the remodel for some time because of the extra stress that remodels can cause. However, once I found AZ Stone and Tile, the stress lessened. Their pricing is very competitive and in fact one of the lower quotes I received. They do not mark up any supplies and they are honest, efficient and professional. Todd and his brother do the remodel themselves and have a dependable electrician, plumber, dry-wall person who works with them. The were very professional, respectful of my space and completed the job as expected! The bathroom and master bedroom look amazing. Now that I found AZ Stone and Tile I am ready for additional remodels including guest bathroom and tile floor in other parts of house. I will definitely be hiring AZ Stone and Tile for these jobs. If there was an A+ option I would have marked that.

Brothers Rick and Todd did a wonderful job of coordinating every aspect of the remodel. I am very pleased with the final look of the tiled shower & vanity. I made a last minute change to the remodel that required additional ordering and rescheduling. Rick and Todd handled it very professionally and made it a smooth transition. All in all, Rick and Todd are very pleasant and provide a quality service. I would highly recommend them.

WOW, AZ Tile & Stone Concepts did an amazing job with our bathroom remodels!!!! We talked to several contractors before going with AZ Tile & Stone Concepts and what set them apart to start with was their energy and obvious passion for what they do. When we met with Todd he walked us through what they would do step by step and answered all of our questions thoroughly. You could really tell he cares about the work he does. From the beginning and throughout the remodels of our hallway and master bathrooms Todd and Rick were professional, punctual and maintained constant communication so there were no surprises. Work was completed on the timeline they quoted and their quality is top notch. They have attention to detail every step of the way. In addition to all this they always maintained a clean and organized work environment by keeping up plastic sheeting to prevent dust from leaving the work area during demo and when polishing of the edges of the travertine was required. Todd and Rick provided valuable advice throughout each bathroom remodel and offered options to how we could design each bathroom. Their ideas were better than our original ideas and we are extremely happy with how each bathroom turned out. If it wasn't for their suggestions, our bathrooms wouldn't look as good as they do. Todd and Rick were also able to provide both a plumber and shower glass installer to make our project easy to manage. We know we made the right choice when choosing AZ Tile & Stone Concepts and absolutely would and have recommended them to other people we know who are interested in remodeling their bathrooms or changing their flooring.

I researched and talk to several companies before getting a quote from Todd from AZ Stone & Tile Concepts. Todd took me through the sales process from A to Z. He scheduled an in person meeting where he walked me through the entire process (demo, quoting, installation, payments, clean up, potential concerns). After a day or two, he provided me with 3 unique designs and detailed quotes for me to choose from. A few days later we met up again and reviewed some flooring materials and talked through the 3 options. On day 1 (demo), Rick was at our home first thing in the morning and knocked on our door right on time. Before any work began, Rick walked me through a timeline and made sure I was on the same page. He provided a snap shot of what to expect when I got home later that day as well as a brief expectation of what the work progress should look like by the end of the week. When I got home from work I surprised to see how much work had been done but more importantly how organized and tidy our home looked after getting jack hammered and demolished all day long. A few days later I received a phone call from Todd asking how everything was going. I let him know that I was very happy with the work. He probably wished he hadn't called because I informed him that I needed to delay the work by a week due to a last minute business trip that came up. Todd and Rick were accommodating even though they had other working booked after my project. Rick came by the next morning and collected his tools and helped me move some furniture around. After a week delay, the rest of the work was completed before I knew it. Rick did a walk through of the project and made sure I was happy with all their work. I confirmed the worked was complete and looked amazing. I'm glad I did the research and found AZ Stone and Tile Concepts. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I was very overwhelmed with the thought of this process but when I contacted AZ Stone and Tile Concepts, their knowledge and understanding of where I was coming from made all of that disappear. They had great suggestions and never once did I feel like I was being upsold - they truly understood what I needed and worked with me to make it work. The tear out was extremely messy from the Saltillo tile but they kept the work area clean and were very tidy throughout the whole process. They were on time every day throughout the job and when they left each evening - they had everything put away. They did not leave materials laying around and were very conscious to keep the work area clean. That just solidified the pride they take into performing top notch work and I couldn't be happier. They were very responsive and available during the entire job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The work and overall experience far exceeded my expectations. .

Todd and Rick are punctual, neat, have great design style!! They offered great advise on product needed and design for us. Their prices were extremely fair. We never had a mess when they left for the day. I will try to talk these guys into coming to Tucson to do work for me down here!!!! After meeting with a total of 4 contractors, I decided to use AZ Stone and Tile. They had current jobs they were working but were very reasonable to agree on a start date that was amenable for both of us. We scheduled a start date. Todd called several days in advance to make sure everything was on track. They committed to have the work completed in 6-7 working days barring any unforeseen issues that could arise from a tear-up. The work was seamless and they finished right on time. They were more than helpful in answering any of my questions as I was a little nervous at the beginning. They never did anything major without making sure I was OK with it first. The work was impeccable. Much better than I could have ever imagined. I don't plan on selling my house any time soon but I know it raised the value much more than the cost of the job. I usually don't write reviews but after the work they completed, I felt compelled to complete a write-up. I am going to have AZ Stone do more work in my house and they are working within my budget as we speak. I would highly recommend AZ Stone and Tile for anybody looking to do a stunning re-model to their property for a very competitive and affordable price with contractors who value your opinion and you can trust.

Todd showed up on time to provide the estimate. He introduce himself was wearing a company shirt and had identification. I reviewed with him what we wanted bid. He brought up two points that my wife and I didn't necessary think through when starting this remodeling of the home. Todd gave us some good advice, regarding the layout and grout sizes for the tile we had choose. He then proceeded to measure and take notes. He then walked the floor plan with us to make sure our bid was exactly what we wanted. Within 48 hours we had our bid as well as possible start times for this flooring project. We had a pack rat delivered and moved all the furniture. Rick phoned the day prior to the start to make sure we were ready and that someone would be on site when they started. We had them do the tear out of the old tile and carpet throughout the house. We also had them remove and replace baseboards. The tear out took about two days. We lived in the house for the first three days. Each day the job site was left very clean so that we could still function with our kitchen and bedroom areas. The project was schedule for 10 days. Our home is just less than 2400 square ft.; they tiled about 1800 sq. ft. They did encounter some leveling issues, Todd and Rick addressed the problem in the office area and completed job on time. The tile was exactly what we wanted, and the baseboards really enhanced the look of our home! We were very happy with the end result. I would strongly recommend AZ Stone and Tile.

They were very personable and professional. They gave us a bid and we accepted it and they went to work. They were here on time every day until they finished the job. They were great about communicating with us on schedules and also assisting with recommendations on tile selections. They were very sensitive to our needs, such as taking out the kitchen sink last, and putting a new one in as soon as possible because they knew it was an inconvenience for us not to have a kitchen sink. For what could have been a long, drawn out project, it was a very pleasant experience. If we were to do it again, we would not change a thing. They would be my first call. We highly recommend their workmanship and professionalism.
