The first service call was in July and I was told that the parts would be in in 2 weeks. After several attempts at contacting them I received an apologetic email explaining that they were going through some changes and had been in lots of meetings. This was two months after they first came to look at the spa. I wrote back and never heard anything else from them. I followed up with the company that sold me this spa (AZ SPA) and never got anything back from them either. I finally went into the store and complained and they were able to get these people to give my issue some attention. FInally at the end of Sept the part was installed. I had also asked that they look at a leak in the drain connection and the siding that was buckling. I was told I would get a call back after the service call. Of course I never did. When I called them to ask what they had done about the other two issues I was told that they were "taken care of". There was nothing done to repair or address the other issues. Unfortunately this is the authorized repair service for this brand of spa.
Description of Work: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Unfortunately this is the authorized service dealer for the spa company I purchased my spa from. (Also a mistake but I'll review them separately. When I reported an issue with my $10,000 spa that I had for 6 months they were the service company sent out.

Purchased Sundance spa. Had some major issues like a melt down of major items. Purchased from Paddock Pools guess who deals with issues with the spas? Take note, not Paddock but rather Sundance. Now you know how this works. It took from Nov 2012 to April 2013 to clear up problems. Had a spa work off and on. Note Did you know that if you purchase an ozonator on a Sundance Spa from Paddock(or any co) they can put any other brand on the spa beside sundance's. The sticky part of the problem is that Sundance only warranty's the ozonator if it is their's. Would a person know to check that everything on their spa is original not amended even when sold as new? The bottom line here according to a repairman the ozonators are only good for few months and most dont make it a year(ie the yr warranty). I digress.... I should have looked at the reviews in the yellow pages about Az spa repair service before taking the manufacturer's advice and contacting one of their many repair service people. The first review states "worst customer service I've ever experienced. Virginia was rude and unhelpful." Boy was this an understatement. Extraordinary in the breath and width of bad attitude. This must be the last job on the face of the earth because no one would hire someone to represent their company knowing this is occurring on the phone. Phone calls were promised and not returned for a period of weeks not days. I finally had to call the corporate office to get the Az spa repair (Virginia) to even return the call. Bad news and bad business.
Description of Work: Service was to replace parts of a Sundance Spa according to warranty work. This was originally purchased by Paddock Pools. Paddock sells the spas but they do not do anything with the warranty work. The Corporate office of Sundance Spas directed us to Az Spa Repair. It is my understanding that when these contractors are nice on the phone that they may then be referred to a customer to fix their spas in Sundance's behalf. This is understandable. However Virginia evidently knows where her bread is buttered to quote an old saying... The service would be adequate if one did not have to find out information, make an appointment, pay a bill, ask a question. Virginia takes care of this to best of her ability. Do not have the expectation of even adequate customer service. Do not have the expectation of an adult conversation. Do not ex
