 + -1 moreThey had brought the wrong product to do the job. I expressed this to them, and they would not honor what we had agreed upon. After some discussion they agreed to do the job properly, which was also an extremely long and strenuous project. I explained I was unhappy with some of the work and would not mind paying for extra product so that we could finish the job. The owner then began to give me nothing but awful customer service. He started sending me harassing emails. I was floored by this business practice. I have never experienced anything like this. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on this experience. The work was okay, nonetheless I am still unhappy with the finished product. They placed a water line on top of my gas line. I have tried to contact him multiple times with no response.
Description of Work: The first time he came he put a drainage ditch in, the second time he revitalized the front yard.
