Terrible. Service tech stated would be there within the hour, showed up late. Took him 2 minutes to identify the simple problem and about 30 minutes to fix. Despite being here for only 32 minutes was charged 325$ for a 100$ job. Asked to itemize costs, refused. If my calculations are correct these guys expect to be paid 220$ and hour and hike the price for parts up by 50%.... yet their name is literally “Discount”. Robbery. Called the office and got the same story and additional attitude from “Eric”. Compared himself to Doctors and insurance. Well sir... medical care with insurance is cheaper and than your company and hats to stay alive... gross. Take your needs elsewhere, please save yourself the time and money. Beware.

Thank you for your input. Although we have hundreds of Happy returning customers, we are saddened when someone feels they received less than perfect service. To address your review starting with the arrival time We called you at 8:10 Am informing you that we would arrive within the hour We arrived at your house at 9:02 Am (we have caller ID log and GPS tracking record for verification ) So we did arrive on time as promised.... We promptly evaluated your system and identified what needed to be repaired. We then gave you a FLAT RATE estimate UPFRONT, which you agreed with and signed authorization for us to make the repairs. AFTER we completed service you expressed your concern on how fast work was completed and price you agreed to pay, but not the work that was done. All of our technicians have been certified and have at least 10 years of experience on sprinkler and drip installation and repair. Proper training and experience enables each tech to perform needed work in a efficient and timely manner, which is something we are absolutely Proud of! Unlike some other companies we DON’T charge by the hour (which is like asking for a blank check). We ALWAYS give you accurate flat rate price upfront which includes all expenses including parts, labor, taxes and warranties. If Job takes 5 minutes or 5 hrs it’s the same price. To say we were late, That we hike prices up on parts and charge a excessive amount per hour is inaccurate, we are a service company, we don’t sell parts and we don’t charge by the hour, In addition we never claimed to be doctors. On arrival we identified your problem and gave you TOTAL cost for service Upfront. If you were unhappy with our pricing that would have been the time to complain and decline service. NOT after work was completed in a timely matter.

Poor. Extremely overpriced and leak has reoccurred. This company uses contractors so their is no consistency to their work

Our services are 100% guaranteed for the work WE performed. Unfortunately we can only vouch for the actual sections in repairs that we worked on any additional leaks in drip lines aren't covered unless we installed the complete system.

Company was quick to return call and performed service the next day. However I was unaware that company uses subcontractors instead of their own repairman. Price seemed way too high but since I was going to have to pay a service call fee I went ahead and had it done. The quality seems to be good but have lower rating since our drip system was left on.
Description of Work: Repaired leak.

Mike did a great job and I would recommend him to my friends, family and neighbors....
Description of Work: We had a pipe under our cement that was leaking water. So I called 3 sprinkler companies from Angie's List. The first 2 said I needed to get the cement cut first then they could do the work but didn't know anybody that they could recommend. Then Mike from Discount Sprinklers came out and said the same thing but called a guy who could do the cement work. Within a half hour Jesse from AZ Honest Handyman called and came out to give me a quote. We shook hands and Jesse would be at my house 1st thing Monday morning. So I called Mike at Discount Sprinklers and he would be out Monday after Jesse was done with the cement work. It took Mike a day and a half to reroute my lines and to give me 3 new valves which also needed to be moved. I tested the sprinklers the following weekend and had a problem with one of my zones. So I called Mike and he came out the next day and fixed the problem. My manifolds and drip lines were clogged up with calcium buildup so Mike fixed them free of charge.
