I was the top trouble shooter for Verizon in lower my trade center stock exchange and large business. I only give 100% satisfaction and customer serve for 32 yrs. I don't believe in anything but a perfect job. If you choose anyone other than JPG HOME SECURITY, you might as well invite the criminals in and set a place for breakfast lunch and dinner. There is no better security company in the star of ARIZONA or NEW YORK!! JIM the lead sales person treats others like he treats himself. Best quality and best prices in the state. If you even dial for a 2nd opinion, dial your physiatrist inside. You have to be crazy not to use them, yes I'm serious. The technicians Vince and Wesley you can go on vacation and leave them in your home. That I've never said about any technician. You want the best people the best quality equipment the best quality installation and know how the best **** price in NEW YORK OR ARIZONA you are blessed to have this company available to protect you better than any other company and price it fantastically reasonable. Please don't screw up and hire anyone else. Don't be a dumb dumb, O.K? WOW THESE GUYS WERE SENT FROM THE ANGELS IN HEAVEN. I am on disability with not much money for anything. With ARIZONA ALARM COMPANY I CAN NOW AFFORD THE NEWEST EQUOMENT AND MONITORING WHERE ANY OTHER COMPANY IN AZ I WOULNT BE ABLE TO BUY IT! Thankyou JIM. VINCE , WESLEY, the BEST OF THE BEST. Everything went smoothly and well. There were no problems. All our questions were answered and our conversation was helpful and informative. We are pleased with the new system.

The installer was awesome. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He gets an A. I left for vacation a couple of days later, and I received a text message for the glass break sensor in my master bedroom. I was in Alaska. I called the company I was instructed to call in these instances, Monitronics, and they had no idea who I was, even after giving all of my information. I called the manager, who had someone go over to my house to climb the fence and check. Apparently, it takes them 5 days to send customer information over to the monitoring company. Luckily, I found that nothing had happened when I got back, aside from my cat knocking something over and breaking it, which is what triggered the sensor. For the trouble, the manager offered to give me a month for free. He never did. Also, I never got the signs and stickers they were supposed to send. They had a mandatory 3-year contract, which I wasn't very happy about. I had problems with arming and disarming the system, as it wasn't working properly. I called for help on my 3-month-old alarm system and was met with a response that "nothing works perfectly". I eventually got tired of the issues, and called again on May 16th. I was told someone would call me in a day or two. They finally just had a subcontracted company call me about 5 minutes ago, roughly 3 weeks later. The best part? AZ Alarm Company is no longer my provider. They actually SOLD me as a customer to Monitronics, and I'm stuck with them for another two and a half years. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: The owner and the installer came out and basically went through the system and informed me about the operating system. They gave me two months off my current service. They brought more windows stickers and a yard signs.

Since I had another price increase from ADT I said enough is enough,my friend was using AZ Alarm and he was happy so I sent an email. Within 5 minutes Jim called me and I scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time, very professional and courteous. He explained their system to me and their monthly rate. I told him I wanted to schedule installation and it set for the next day. The installer was also on time and explained what he was going to do. After installation he walked both my wife and I through the process of using the new system and he made sure everything worked properly. There was no cost for the installation or equipment. I was very happy with the process.

Our consultant, Jim, was very pleasant, informative and professional. He took all the time we wanted to explain every aspect of the system we were purchasing and answered all our questions. You will not find another consultant who is willing to be that attentive. Vincent was the installer and again, he was prompt and professional and the installation was done in a timely manner. Once the installation was complete, Vince explained the system to us and answered all our questions. Vince was patient and did not leave until we felt comfortable operating the alarm. We love our system and it is what we wanted when we spoke with Jim in the first place. Our home had a unique situation and required particular attention. Both men told us we could contact them at any point and they have lived up to their word. In the long run, anyone can sell you an alarm system however, the proof is in the pudding once the sale is complete. They have won our respect and we would recommend them to anyone.

Vince was a pleasure to work with! They were able to install the system same day we signed up for the alarm system!! He was very thorough and walked me through the process! Would highly recommend!!

Jim came to our new home prior to our closing to determine what we needed to secure our home. He explained all of our options and advised us of what he thought would work best secure our home. The system was installed the next day. I would recommend Az Alarm to anyone looking for a company that is interested in what you need and not just to sell you a system.
