Description of Work: Aussie Pool replaced my spa light all the way back to the junction box, including installing a new junction box. It was evident that the technician had performed that service many time previously because he certainly knew what he was doing. Scheduling the service was seamless, in fact the owner called me back based on an email service request I submitted.

 + -1 moreThey were terrible. The guy didn't know what he was doing. He told me I needed a whole new heater for the Jacuzzi. He messed around with the control mechanism. They were supposed to be able to handle the remote control for the Jacuzzi and he kept fooling with it. They charged me like $125 to come out here and he didn't do anything. I come to find out what he was trying to do was impossible to do with that unit and they were supposed to be trained on those units. I called a couple of times and the guy never returned the phone call and I said I wanted my money back. They never fixed it.

Description of Work: On Saturday I called and left message I needed repair on my aqua link salt system, urgent as my pool was turning green, stated on message I was available all day Monday and Tuesday before 2pm. Megan called on Monday and left her name and number - I called 5 times and went to voice mail on each call. Since I was with a client I did not leave a message until Tues. I had hoped I would be given a time to confirm on the first message. Wednesday, Megan called stated I would be the first client on Friday and they got started at 6am. I asked when I could expect the service person, she stated between 6am and 7am. I set my alarm for 5am, I never got a call nor did I see a repair person. Do not recommend wasting your time, nor bothering to get up early for this company - they will no show.

 + -1 moreThey followed up immediately ( following my initial phone call) with a diagnosis. The owner of the company personally came out and did the repair on the following available date ( only 2 days out ). Project was finished and everything is up and running.
Description of Work: Rewired a damaged Aqualink system that controls all of my pool and spa equipment.

 + -1 moreHe came when I was at work and I have never even met the man. He came and whatever needed to be fixed was under warranty and he came and was gone. I called the number in my manual and they referred me to Joe who used to work for them. His wife worked in the office and they were so nice when I called. They were so good. They came on the day they were supposed to, fixed the problem and were gone when I got home. I never even got a bill. I would definitely use them again and I was really impressed.
Description of Work: I used Aussie Electric the beginning of August to fix the filter pump on our pool. Something popped on it. There was water shooting up in the air.

 + -1 moreARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. LISTENED TO WHAT WE HAD DONE TO SOLVE PROBLEM. DISCOVERED TRIPPED GFI WHERE WE HAD NOT THOUGHT TO LOOK. PAID MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE.
Description of Work: POOL LIGHT NOT WORKING. TROUBLE SHOOTING DISCOVERED GFI WAS TRIPPED.
