 + -1 moreI WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND THEIR COMMITMENT. THEY HAD ORIGINALLY TOLD US THAT OUR ORDER WOULD TAKE ANY WHERE FROM 2-3 MONTHS DUE TO THE STYLE OF FURNITURE WE DECIDED UPON. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED THAT IT WOULD TAKE THAT LONG, BUT WE REALLY WERE PLEASED WITH WHAT WE HAD CHOSEN. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS HAD PAST I CALLED TO FIND OUT THE STATUS ON OUR ORDER. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES IN OUR SHIPMENT AND THAT IT MAY TAKE ANOTHER MONTH TO ARRIVE. IT WAS A TOTAL OF 8 MONTHS BEFORE WE SAW OUR FURNITURE DELIVERED. I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN ASHLEY FURNITURE. NO WAY SHOULD IT HAVE TAKEN THAT LONG TO GET MY LIVING ROOM SET IN.
Description of Work: MY FAMILY AND I WENT INTO ASHLEY FURNITURE TO PURCHASE A LIVING ROOM SET. WE SPENT A LARGE AMOUNT OF TIME WITH THE SALESPERSON TO DECIDE ON A PATTERN AND STYLE OF FURNITURE. THEY HAD TO CUSTOM ORDER THE LIVING ROOM SET FOR US DUE TO THE FABRIC THAT WE DECIDED UPON.
