Communication was key. John, the owner, kept us informed of every step. Quality of the work was exceptional. Price was more than some of the estimates from other companies, but the quality was better and the product exceeded our expectations.

After some research and having quotes completed we decided to contract with Arrowhead to texture coat our back patio with a flagstone like finish and cover the rest of the cement in our yard (which is quite a lot) with the same cool-crete like coating that surrounds our pool. They not only installed the coatings as promised but ensured the concrete was properly prepared for the treatment. Once all the coatings were down they also painted the cool-crete to match the new coating they installed. The work took almost a week to complete and came out fantastic.

Were able to remove the old decking in one day with minimal dust generated. Did a good job on cleaning the area. The whole job was ~ 10 days pretty close to the original estimate. Looks pretty good. They were good with follow up, making sure it looked like we expected. Overall pleased with the result.

I found Arrowhead through Angie's List which was especially important because I don't live on the property. I needed a contractor I could trust to do the work without me being there. Arrowhead was very responsive, calling me back within a day to set up a time to look at the job. The owner, John Tice, gave me an estimate and a timeline. However, other exterior work on the house kept pushing out the date - John was very flexible and worked with this gracefully. He was also helpful when it came to picking out the color for the decking John gave me options so I could work remotely to coordinate the colors with what is on the house. My very picky contractor came and checked out the job - he called it nice, neat, clean and perfect. The photos he sent demonstrate that - I am so pleased with how well it turned out.

The owner, John Trice, arrived on schedule and gave us a quote which included a 10% discount for finding them on Angie's list. I tried for an additional discount for Costco, Sam's Club, AAA, AARP, etc to no avail (ha, ha)! His two employees, Matt and Shane, arrived on time Monday 4-21 and completed the job on Friday 4-25. The job consisted of removing the carpet around the Spa, preparing the surface, and applying the base and Cool Deck surface. It was a very dusty and time consuming job. Matt and Shane were very friendly, did an excellent job. and kept the area very clean, especially at the end of the job. We were very satisfied with the work performed, the cost of the job, and would highly recommend Arrowhead Deck Resurfacing to anyone who needs this type of service. The owner, John, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The old deck was delaminating. They ground the old decking off, and resurfaced it and sealed it. They were very careful about protecting my pool and the surrounding patio. They did an excellent job. The crew was prompt, professional, and courteous. I would use them again and refer them to friends.

John came over and was very professional in giving a very detailed and comprehensive estimate. Not only did he do the resurfacing but also fixed two problem areas that another company wanted to tear out and re-pour concrete. The other company estimate was three times higher then John's. John's workers were quick, timely and professional. The deck looks brand new. We will be using John again for the patio and even for other concrete work. I can't say enough positive comments about this company nor offer anything short of a sterling recommendation.

We had a tight turn-around time as we're preparing the home to list. John went over and above to make sure our timeline was met (actually ahead of schedule!). Pricing was consistent or better than other quotes received. Already have a project in mind for their completion on the next house.

They were very professional, prompt, and had great ideas for our pool area. We haven't moved forward with the project yet mostly because we were trying to decide if we were going to move or stay in the house. Once we make that decision we will move forward with the project.

I had contracted Arrowhead Deck Resurfacing to beautify the courtyard of previous home. I was pleased with the work, so used them again for garage floor of new house.

The owner John was punctual, personable, and very professional during all aspects of our project from his estimate and description of the work to be done through completion. He gave us a step by step description of the work needed to redo our cool decking which was chipping and peeling in spots. He had samples available to show us our color choices as well as the finish texture to expect. His employees worked hard and came when we were told they would. We had wanted to have our garage floor done with a nice coating for a long time. So glad we finally went ahead with it and used Arrowhead to do that project as well. We decided to put down hardwood flooring instead. He followed up with us, but I told him his price was a little high. He was a very nice fellow who knew his stuff. He was very professional, but we had decided not to go with anybody.
