Laura Grim from Arrowhead Appraisals came to my home, introduced herself and explained what she was going to do and all I had to do was grant her access. It was easy. When she finished, she explained the appraisal would be finished in her office where she could gather data. In a couple of days, I received the appraisal in my email. Laura was very professional, timely and I'm satisfied with the results.

Did not explain what she was going to do for what she charged. It ended up not being what I wanted. The sketch of the house did not show where and walls were!

Two very similar houses next to one another were appraised but one came in $6k over the other, a big Conflict with Zillow. One lower had a fireplace, the other not, yet one without came it $6K higher costing me during a split with my partner. Zillow has it the opposite by a few thousand. I'm out $$ cause of this.

Our lender sent out Arrowhead Appraisals to appraise our home during a refinance. Laura Grim showed up on time and conducted herself in a professional manner. She introduced herself and explained the task she planned to perform and asked if we had any questions. She was fast, thorough, and pleasant to deal with. Once the appraisal was done, she informed us that the lender would contact us within a couple of days with the results. Our home value came back 2k higher than the lender had estimated. Just received Laura's Appraisal on our property and it appears quite thorough and complete. I am impressed with the depth of her work, and trust the value suggested as being real and viable.

We had two appraisals performed. Laura's appraisal was by far more accurate to what the market value was of our home. We trusted her higher assessment of our home value, and upon 2 hours of listing we had a buyer for above full price! Every realtor we spoke with, and the other appraiser valued our home much less. She used her knowledge combined with obviously a feel for what our home was worth compared to the others in our area and some would say went out on a limb valuing our home more than the market would allow. Obviously that was not the case. She was excellent, very friendly, and I would highly recommend her.
