DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! VERY POOR QUALITY WORK AND THEY LEAVE YOU HANGING / BLAME YOU FOR EVERYTHING! I hired this company to do a remodel on my home back in June with the project to take about 6 weeks and to be completed in mid-July. I elected to go with them after some research because they said they were able to start earlier than some of the other companies I sought after. Everything sounded great … until the nightmare began. They promised and discussed a dumpster for haul away when demoing throughout w/ a professional cleaning crew to follow for final clean up. Empty promise, they threw EVERYTHING they demoed in my garage against my personal property to save money During the demo (and the remainder of the project) they placed my brand new appliances outside in the Arizona heat and in the monsoon rain! I asked them several times to cover and bring them inside as my stove was in the direct sun/rain and they failed to do so until my new stove got rained on and then stopped working (they tried to blame the stove for not working on me). My fridge was plugged in for weeks and collected all the dust from the tile demo and weather (caked on) which created additional issues with the unit. Their workers also busted a drawer in the fridge and blamed it on me! The quality of work and their workmanship is well below par (see the picture attached). The flooring does not even meet the edges of the walls throughout and there are huge gaps in my home and scratches everywhere. They damaged the brand new installed sink by placing their tools inside of it and scratched it! The tub installed in the guest bath is STILL LEAKING because they installed it at the wrong pitch and is creating flooding when the water is turned on. They wanted to install a glass tub door so they would not have to remove the tub to level it correctly which I did not agree with as this work is not to code. They scratched and ruined this brand-new tub without batting an eye. The MASTER SHOWER does not pitch properly and the water pools as they also did not pitch these tiles correctly either! The shower tile installed was cut (obvious slice marks) in many places and the soap box that was installed was done so with backward Schluter! They also installed both shower heads at different heights (about 2-inch differential AND not centered!) How do your workers not know this? These guys cut botched holes in my vanity as they free-handed their sawing when they could have easily used a circular saw. The water valves leaked and created water damage on my vanity and they installed many outlets on the base of the vanities vs the exterior as to where if there was a leak - water would make contact! While they demoed my built-in area in the main living space - they did not sand down or float the wall, but rather textured and let it be “as-is” because they did not see a problem with it - just as they did the rest of the house. They created a leak behind my fridge when installing it back in place and would not tell me what happened. (I found out the guy who installed it pulled the fridge and the line yanked - creating the leak) This caused water damage to my cabinet due to the flooding that they would not accept fault for. They replaced my pantry door with an un-sanded new cut door without prior discussion because they damaged it. The hinges were free handily cut and did not even line up. Not to mention, they forgot to swap the handles because they moved other doors around my home so it was not noticeable. One of their vehicles was leaking and left oil stains in the driveway. When this was caught and discussed it was asked they not continue to park in the driveway - they failed to take direction and continued to park in the driveway with a leaking vehicle! This is still an ongoing battle with Joe, the owner of this company (who has been in business for a couple of years) to fix his botched work. He has demanded that he receives payment for this kind of work before making corrections and this is a HUGE RED FLAG - BEWARE! It has been almost two months with these issues continuing and they have not fixed their work after reaching out to them several times. Ellisio, his partner falsely advertises and threatens you directly when things do not go his way. He is a tough guy who laughs at you calling out his mistakes and proceeds to degrade you any way he can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. HIRE PROFESSIONALS! I found this company through Angi's List. I was extremely pleased with the response time, knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy shown to me by the owners and the work crew. All remodels will have a snag or two, and mine were resolved without issue. It took only 2 weeks until I had a sparkling new bathroom. I am very pleased with my new bathroom.

The process was very smooth, Daniel proved himself to be very knowledgeable, always on time, always coming up with new ideas when we got stuck. Good pricing as well. I would recommend Daniel in a heartbeat to anyone interested.

Great job on our kitchen remodel! Very reliable and efficient. Joe suggested several things that we really liked. Would highly recommend this company and plan to hire them again for a bathroom remodel in spring.
