Arizona Son's Painting & Minor Home Improvements

Paid Arizona Son's Painting $7,500 to paint the exterior of our house. We then had to pay Fred Severson Painting & Arizona Painting Co. an additional $7,183 to repaint & correct their INFERIOR job. Arizona Son's owner Henry, has a high opinion of himself, & when you question him, he becomes very defensive.

Arizona Son's Painting gave me a fair estimate and agreed to use a particular brand of paint. The crew showed up on time, patched certain areas, and repainted the entire house. Everyone was professional and did a great job with both the prep work, painting, and clean up afterwards. They did such a great job, I referred my neighbor to Arizona Son's when he needed his house painted this year. They did yet another superior job next door! Arizona Son's even did a small painting favor for me, over a year after they painted my house. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Everything went smoothly! From getting the estimate to executing the project to the post project follow up, Henry Jr. was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, always kept me informed, clarified all project details, made knowledgeable, sensible suggestions without being pushy, and overall provided fantastic customer service. Henry stands by his work, using quality products, and you don't pay until you are satisfied with the job! Henry Jr. showed up at the agreed time for the estimate, we inspected the premises, and he provided a verbal estimate. I called him back the next day, we met again to finalize paperwork, and scheduled work to start two weeks after. On the morning scheduled, Henry Jr. confirmed arrival time via text message and he arrived with his 3 person crew right on time to start. Although he was not here 100% of the time (and I didn't expect that), he was on site often to ensure everything went right. His crew were very professional, quiet, and respectful which I appreciated since I was working from home. Clean up each day was meticulous which was also appreciated. Henry and his team worked well with my schedule and I never once felt inconvenienced in any way. When the doors had to be opened for painting, I had only a short window of time to do so, and the crew finished the work quickly so I could lock up and get to my meeting on time. When we thought the color we had picked ended up looking too bland on a large area in the back of our home, Henry worked with us to suggest accent colors on certain areas to fix that. We were in contact regularly to review the job as it progressed. Communication was excellent with the team who were always courteous and accommodating. At the end of the two day project, we did a final walk around. There was a slight misunderstanding about painting a small iron fence, but I made my payment anyway, trusting Henry to fix it later, which he did a few days after. I would not hesitate to recommend this honest, hard working, and professional team.

They did a great job! They cleaned up well after themselves and work hard. We plan on using htem again!

They did a wonderful job. They followed through with everything they stated they would. If I ever have any issues with the work he will send his crew back to correct it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
