The company had the sinks that went on the countertops, but did not predrill the sink opening. Instead, one sink which had a lip on it, the mason drilled out an opening with a hand drill. The opening can not be seen, but why was npot the hole cut at their plant before bringing the slab up, and a second slab which had a below top sink, they had to haul back to their shop, cut the hole and then bring it up the next day. The finish work, in putting in the granite shelves was poor, and I will have to patch and redo the stucco walls. So overall D+ job, and they were not particularly low cost.

The first individual I hired to remodel my kitchen, both bathrooms and install plank tile in my entire house took $25,000 of my money and everything he touched had to be fixed. I had no shower, tub or kitchen when I moved back into my house. Veny came to my rescue. The first thing he did was finish a shower so I didn't have to use the hose in the back yard. He then repaired all the cabinets in my kitchen and installed my granite. I now have a kitchen! He redid the work in my master bathroom and everybody raves about it. Veny designed my shower in the master bedroom. It is a large walk-in shower. The tile work is beautiful. The glass wall is perfect. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I gave them a key to the house and did not have to worry about a thing. They even dealt with my dog while I was at work. They have a wonderful selection of products at their store and are very reasonable. I have recommended AZ Granite to a number of people at work and my friends. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to work with honest, caring and skilled people.

They offered a special miter cut for our 9 x 5 foot island that the other two guys who bid on the job could not. All of their craftsmen were in-house, to include granite, tile, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. That made for no delays and easy accountability. The quality of work by every man on the job was outstanding. They left our house spotless. No dust from the granite cuts they had to do on site and not a bit of debris left behind from the demo and rebuild. The icing on the cake was that every person from Arizona Royal Granite & Remodeling was polite and courteous. I'd have them here for a steak on our new backyard grill any time. I just can't praise them enough for their work-ethic, design innovation and the quality of their finished product. Plus, you got all that for a great price.

Once we decided to upgrade our kitchen with granite countertops, we requested an estimate from six different granite companies. After evaluating each and every proposal, it became apparent that AZ Royal Granite was the obvious choice. Our decision was rewarded by the excellent support and workmanship provided by this company. The selection and installation process was flawless. Veny Baban, Sales Manager, worked with us from start to finish. He spent much more time educating us on the entire granite countertop process than all of the others combined. In addition, Veny helped us select a beautiful granite that complements our kitchen cabinets. He also suggested a backsplash design that gives the project a first class touch. I decided to contact and use another vendor.

Scheduled and appointment thru home advisor. Home advisor contacted me the Saturday before the Monday morning appointment and indicated the contractor may need to reschedule and that they would contact me. Never received any further communications from either. Called the company on Saturday and left a voice mail. No return call was ever made. Individual never showed for appointment and after calling the business he stated that he had received my voice mail but hadn't had time to call. This was over an hour after the scheduled appointment. Business must be good to blow off a $5000.00 job.

Alex the owner was personable. The installation was on time and clean. Perfect job all around. Nice selection of granite at a great price. You won't be sorry if you use AZ Royal Granite.
