Quote was fair. Service was fast. Due to a cancellation on their end, the roof was installed 1 week early and completed in 1 day. Justin was very easy to work with. Will hire them again when it's time to do our main residence.

I hired AZ Professional Roofing to replace my roof in early 2024. They were reasonable, on-time and efficient. I notice a couple of shingle that had slightly lifted (possibly with the wind) earlier this week. I contacted Justin. He had his guys out there that day and fixed the two shingles. Great customer service.

First let me say that Justin went above and beyond to answer questions and get the job done. The crew got here early and were friendly and cooperative. They contacted me with questions. They were organized and very efficient. They did a great job cleaning up. I will recommend them to all I know. I think they are really awesome!!!! I haven't taken pictures yet it's been too hot but I can see it when I drive up. You can also see it from Peoria and 79th. It looks fabulous!!!

Straight talk, timely follow through and quality work at a great price, should have been done in one day, but additional, fairly extensive trim work put them over by just a half a day. Very satisfied and highly recommend

I was told I would get a written guarantee and I did not. I have a sky light and debris was deposited on it and I was told someone would come and clean it and none has done that.

The overall experience was excellent. My roof looks great it makes the house look new. The project manager Justin assisted me with understanding State Farms roofing requirements due to wind damage. The roofers were professional and completed the job in 1 day. Can't say enough.

Review of AZ Pro Roofing & Construction, by Paul Federico Independent Construction Project Manager. This was my first time working with this company and with Justin and Ramone. I was the project manager on a major residential remodel project in Tempe AZ, where AZ Pro performed a complete R&R of the existing (approximately 4600 SF) Spanish clay tile roofing system. Before recommending this company to the homeowner, I visited one of their other active projects to see the crew in action. I was positively impressed with how that project was being handled. I then went to see a project that they had recently completed and found the finished project to be clean and nicely done. I shared my findings and opinions with the owner and recommended AZ Pro for our project. They showed up on time and ready to go. Various trucks and trailers were coming and going from the project throughout the day to take away what was being removed and would return with new materials to be installed. After removing all of the existing roofing, we found approximately 17 sheets of damaged and/or rotted plywood and nearly 100' of 2x facia and trim that needed to be replaced before installing the new roofing system (underlayment and then architectural asphalt tiles). The wood replacement on this project ended up being about 5x what was expected (due to existing deteriorated roofing underlayment) but that did not slow them down. A call to one of the trucks and the needed lumber was there within the hour. We had a tight schedule and they had promised to do the whole job in 2 days. Even with all of the extra work they managed to complete the work in 2 days as promised. It took a large crew of hard-working fast and capable workers and 2 long days but they did it. In doing so, they impressed not only myself and the homeowner but many of the neighbors as well. These are busy, hands-on, hard-working guys but they still make time to appropriately attend to your project needs. They have shown me that they can adjust to and handle hurtles (uncovered surprises) along the way and still maintain the construction schedule. I had many trade contractors on that project but only 2 stood out as top-notch and recommendable in my book and AZ Pro was certainly one of them. --paul Federico, Ph/txt: 925.269.7140 (texting much preferred)

Justin kept in touch with me, letting me know how things were going. The workers cleaned up on a daily basis and left the entire front and back yard cleaned completely at the end. The price was the fair.

Az Pro Justin came to my home the same day of our phone call, we agreed on a price and a date for work to start May 18th. The treat of rain caused a delay. The project was completed in 2 days as I recall, with upwards of 8 workers. They ran out of the color of tile for my roof and installed a grayish colored tile on a back slope. This tile was painted with a close match. I'm satisfied with the solution.

The experience was great and Justin was constantly in contact to get the job done even afterwards for another project and he got it done in timelines that I requested. I would recommend them 100%
