Arizona Premium Roofing

3rd time new roof. AZ Premium Roofing worst job ever! Pulled evap duct and turned it 90 degrees when they reinstalled it. Made 2 ridge cap junctions with exposed nails, last 2 times 1 junction neatly covered. Shingles 2" overhang when Corning package said 1/2". Trim installed different levels and below drip edge. Damaged shingles installed. Shingles not nailed in proper places. OWNER (Roger) WALKED ON RIDGE CAP??? Recorded, me telling Roger to stay off ridge cap. Rob Tomblin yelled at me and called me a liar??? (recorded) Recorded all phone calls and conversations. ROC wanted me to let these clowns come back and do more work on my roof, no way. Not after they screwed up this bad. I will provide pictures and recordings if asked. I have up to 6 yrs to sue, according to AZ law. Still getting it all together. Competitive pricing, quality materials, and finished in the timeframe promised. Unable to leave a 5 star review because damage was caused to my stucco when they attempted to secure the gutter system to the outside wall. I pointed out the damage, was told they would return to repair and make it right, however they never returned.

Great they came when they said they would be here, they worked hard and fast to get the job done, and cleaned up after the job was done on a daily basis.

Excellent job replacing underlayment on house/garage roof with cement tile. Very professional start to finish. Would recommend company to anyone needing roof maintenance.

Everything went very well as planned. They did the little things most others do not. Such as painting the new wood and even painting the cement end caps. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great job.

Rob responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Others said it would be a week or three. Rob spent an hour or so inspecting my roof and suggested I contact my insurance due to hail damage and offered to return to go over it with the insurance adjuster, which he did. When I received the insurance estimate it seemed rather low so I sent it to Rob to review. When I emailed my insurance adjuster with Rob's review they quickly discovered their mistake. Rob saved me $2715! The 3 roofers were very friendly and did a terrific job. The roof looks fantastic! I especially liked the way they sealed around the fireplace chimney on the patio roof. I'll never have to tar it again! This is definitely a 5 star company!

I had an excellent experience with Arizona Premium Roofing. After numerous roof leaks during the monsoon, I contacted four companies to provide repair estimates. I worked with Rob with AZ Premium Roofing. He showed up on time and spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the roof and taking many pictures. Using the pictures, he clearly identified the issues for me. He sent over a very competitive bid the same evening. After reviewing all bids, I selected AZ Premium Roofing. Rob's crew showed up every day on time and worked diligently all day. Rob would stop by and check on the progress and answer any questions I had. At the end of the day, Rob's crew would thoroughly clean up the area and completed the project ahead of schedule. The roof looks great and has passed the test with our most recent rains. I would highly recommend AZ Premium Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if needed.

They did a good job. We had initially planned for March but postponed due to Covid. We finally got the roof done in Dec and they honored the originally contract. They were on time and kept to schedule. The crew was well mannered. Their price was reasonable

Arizona Premium Roofing were excellent to work with and reasonably priced. They lifted all the tiles to replace the underpayment and did it in 4 days. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Absolutely flawless. William and Jose are amazing workhorses and are true craftsmen in their field. Their professionalism and attention to detail are evident in the completed project. Rob was also very instrumental in the success of this endeavor, overseeing the project and keeping needed inventory supplied so work could progress smoothly. Rob even put the finishing touches on the roof, giving it some of his thirty plus years of expertise. Every night when the crew left they would clean up the perimeter of the house and and leave it like we were expecting company. I was very impressed by the work of these three professionals. They were an awesome team. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new roof, or roof repair, that Arizona Premium Roofing be given the opportunity to be the ones to complete the task.

Rob’s crew is hard working, skilled, and detail oriented. I can’t imagine working on a roof in 110° temperature but they did so without any complaints. The job met all my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

When we made an appointment with Rob he arrived on time and wrote a detailed esimate on the spot. He started and finished the job at the agreed times. Each day the workers cleaned away all debris. It was a delight to work with such an honest and dependable contractor.

They were efficient and very competent. The work was completed in 3+ days and you would not know they were here in the evening. The services they provided were identical to those proposed by a much larger company and at about 2/3 the price. Rob made every effort to insure that I was satisfied with the job. Lastly, he always showed up with a mask on and kept social distancing. They are the real deal,.

The job was completed with minimal interruption to our normal routine. At the end of each day our yard was left clean. All work was completed to the specifications indicated on the contract. The new roof looked good, and we are sure it will keep or house dry from any rain or monsoon activity. We would recommend their service to anyone needing roof replacement.

Arizona Premier Roofing just finished doing our entire roof in at our home in Phoenix . Roger and his team did a great job! Rob and his team did an excellent job with completely redoing my roof. My old roof was reaching it's end of life and Rob gave us an excellent price and he was able to get his team out to my house less than a week after I signed the contract. They completed the job in about half the time that other roofers said it would take and still did a great job. They were very courteous and cleaned up everything when they were done. I am very happy to have a new roof that meets all updated codes and I don't have to worry about it for another 20 years. Rob and his team went above an beyond to keep me happy.
