Arizona Pool Blasters

He got most of the scale off but left a mess. Sand was every where!! Bought it through Angies list but the rate for the remaining tiles not covered by the "deal" was very expensive.

It went excellent! They called stating that they were going to be late and I could not stay for the appointment but instead of having to reschedule he came and just called me about the pool tile and took my payment over the phone. They did an excellent job on the tile and on the water feature.

Jarin at Arizona Pool Blasters was prompt, courteous, professional and he communicated well, with advance notice, check-in calls and asked about additional work, giving a detailed price quote before doing it. And they did top-quality work, fast. You can't ask for a better contractor experience.

The worker was good, he was reliable and showed up on time. I thought the normal prices were a little high for me though.

1 week after the service, the tiles had the calcium build up. I called AZ Pool Blaster to have them return and resolve the issue. The person I spoke with said there was probably something we had done. The pool chemicals weren't right or something like that. I explained to Her I did not believe 1 week after the service, should be experiencing this type of issue. I had to ask her several times to have someone come out and assess the situation. Then she finally said she couldn't get someone out until June 17, 2013. And she made the appointment with such a bad attitude, I'm not sure anyone will show up for the appointment. Her attitude was so poor, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm waiting until the 17th to see if the company resolves the issue. I am also unhappy with the professionalism. If they could not repair the light, I wish they would have told me in advance, and I would have hired a company who would have taken care of all the services at once. At this point, I am very unhappy with the company and I will not use their service again or recommend them to anyone I know. I own a small business, and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated by this company!

Good. Job but in spite of prior discussion on initial contact not able to do repair on tiles. Told another employee did the work and had the proper equipment. Told he would inform the boss who then would followup.Never received a call from boss about failure to complete agreement. Cleaning deserves an A the failure to followup an F

Timely, professional, reasonably priced service. The deposits on this pool had most likely accumulated since it was built 13 years ago. Tech discussed expectations and possible need for additional time to remove the mess. As it turned out, it cleaned up with average effort and looked brand new with no additional charges. The pool was vacuumed and all that remained was a slight cloudiness to the water that cleared up by the next morning as promised. Several suggestions for maintenance and pool chemistry were offered to keep it looking new, but in a hard-water area we will probably need periodic blasting and I will not hesitate to call Arizona Pool Blasters. Highest recommendation.

These guys did an excellent job and worked with my schedule to get the work done. The process was thorough and the tile was cleaned and sealed quickly. They cleaned the area around the pool and vacuumed it as well upon completing the job. Great work ? Highly recommended.

Unbelievably awesome! Couldn't be more pleased with the result as almost all of the calcium build up came off the glass tile and natural stone. Even though Jarin was surprised by the amount of tile/stone to clean, he stayed the course and got it all done. Thank you Jarin! I will use him again and again.

I had a special for tile cleaning from Angie's List of $199.00. Eric came in to do the tile cleaning and noticed that the pool really needed to be acid washed as well. He give me an estimate of $350.00 and we agreed to do the work. So we scheduledto do the work at one time. Eric was the service person that did the work and was very professional and efficient. The pool now is very clean crystal clear and no spot or stains left behind. Job well done. Thank you.

All the work that was performed was done on time and beyond our expectations including Brian's. Brian had given me a call the morning he showed up at my house expressing concern about how good he thought he would be able to get the tile clean. After working their butt off, he surprised himself and us . The pool looks almost brand new again! We would definitely use them again. Thanks!!

Went great overall. Took a couple weeks to get on the schedule (must be a good ad for them!). Jarin was a good sales guy on the phone when I ordered the services. He explained how they don't use glass beads like the other guys, they believe the glass beads can damage your tiles and perhaps aren't as environmentally friendly. Anyway, he sold me, then the coupon came out, so it was a no-brainer. Only one thing to make sure you understand about the coupon- It is only for 80 linear (running) feet. So if you have more than that (I had 100 ft), estimate $4.50 / running foot for anything over 80 ft. I knew this and was prepared for it so no problem. However, in addition, I have a small tile wall on the infinity edge of the pool which wasn't covered in calcium / limestone (but did have the line at the watermark and was part of my 100 ft to do). The tech, Brian, advised me I should do the entire wall but it would be an additional $75. Seemed a bit much since they were here anyway, but I did it. Just one of those things I wasn't prepared for that make it not as good a deal as you had hoped. Glad I had the coupon deal from Angie! Anyway, Brian did a great job. Drained the pool about 6" or so (they bring their own pump), jumped right in and began to blast away. The tile looks great, good as new. They then vacuum out the blast material that has settled in your pool, and then seal the tile to help keep the minerals from adhering to it. The process does leave a little residual material floating in the water which you'll have to filter out, but no big deal. Took about 3 hours to do my 100 feet plus the small tile wall. Overall, great results. We won't be ashamed of our pool now when guests come over.

Great from start to finish.

I purchased my home last year as a short-sale, and I have spent the past year getting everything up to where it should be. The pool has needed a lot of attention since I moved in, as it had been let go prior to me taking ownership. I replaced the pump/filter system, and converted the pool to a salt system. Everything has been great, but the pool floor and walls were badly stained and the tiles around the perimeter of the pool were so completely covered with calcium buildup that I couldn't even make out the designs on the tiles. I finally got tired of looking at it in this condition and decided to do something about it. The reviews for Arizona Pool Blasters were very good, so I called to arrange for someone to come out and take a look at it to see what could be done. Jarin (the owner) came out on Monday morning to look at the pool. He was on-time and very outgoing and friendly. He advised that the tile definitely needed to be blasted, and the pool was in bad need of an acid wash. He told me that the acid wash would take care of the stains, but there was also pitting and other miscellaneous discolorations that wouldn't come out with an acid wash. Basically, he couldn't make it look new, but it would look a whole lot better. He gave me a quote, got a pump hooked up and started the draining process and told me he would be back the next day at 8:00 AM. He came back right on time the next day and got right to work. He spent about half a day in there working his tail off, and I bet this pool hasn't looked this good in a decade or more! The tile, although dated, looks brand new. The pool shell itself isn't perfect, but pretty darn close...it actually came out a lot better than I had expected (I think better than he expected too). Jarin was really great throughout the whole process....very professional and very personable. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was happy with the results. I wasn't able to be home when he came back the next day to bring chemicals and salt after I had filled the pool again, and since I wasn't there, he went around and poured the salt in for me! I really couldn't be happier with Jarin and the work he did on my pool. I will definitely call him again for any of my pool needs, and I highly recommend him to any of you that need any pool services.

Used a Big Deal and got exactly what I paid for. Pool tile had very pronounced hard water lines around water feature. When finished, the tile was completely clean and looked new.

They were great and responsive. They did what they said they're going to do. In fact, they didn't do something because they knew that it was not the right thing to do.

We had a good experience with them. They typically come when we are at work. Their price is reasonable, as I remember I called several other places. They make sure that the pool is clean up to our standards. Every week they leave and let you know like what they did, what the pH level was of the pool. I would like to give them above and beyond all grades.

It was excellent working with Jarin. We called around and he was the only one that really took the time to talk to us about our needs and worked with us on pricing. I wish more companies would operate like Arizona Pool Blasters!

Eric called ahead, was on time for the estimate, gave a firm estimate, was on time for the work, worked diligently and professionally, was considerate of neighbors sensitivity to noise, cleaned entire pool of debris just out of pride of workmansip. Eric also helped me with a couple of pool-related minor problems just out of his sense of customer support. I would recommend AZPool Blasters to anyone who wants a first rate job done on their tile.
