Arizona Pool Blasters

It was much more than what we paid. It ended up being more because of the length of the pool. We felt like it was a lot of money for the outcome. They did come back when they didn't take the white stuff off the tile. They were very good about that.

He makes it look easy. Perfect job. Looks like new.

My pool looks fabulous. AZ Pool Blasters arrived on time, worked hard and long, and left my pool tile looking like new again. They do clean up and vacuum, but be aware that there will be some residue that will settle in the water afterwards. My pool was sparkling again within a day or two at the most and I did need to add additional chemicals to rebalance the water after the process. I would use them again! It made such a difference!

I called on Aug 6 and spoke with Brenda. She was able to schedule an appointment for Aug 11 and provided a one hour window as to when Eric would arrive. She called me on the Aug 8 to remind me of the appointment. Very professional. Eric arrived right on time on Aug 11. He explained exactly what he would be doing, quoted a fair price for the additional linear footage of the pool, and got right to work. He did an amazing job getting all the calcium off the tiles and it looks like a brand new pool (even better!). He did advise that there may be some residual calcium that would make the pool cloudy. There was, but the pool filter cleaned that up quickly as he promised. It's been a week (and a couple of storms later) and it still looks awesome!!!

Not only did they do a good job, the gentleman that came was very knowledgable. The tile looks like brand new and it was well worth the money. He gave me tips on how to maintain the pools that also saved me money!

Eric arrived as scheduled and did a great job removing the calcium ring from our pool. In addition, he made sure to drain the pool water into the sewer cleanout as is required by Phoenix City Code (the previous company I used just dumped the water in my backyard). He was also patient and thorough in answering all the questions we had. Solid guy. Solid company.

We paid $416.00 for the tile and 349.00 for the acid wash and drain. They did give us a 10% discount for being an angie's list member. We had to wait 2 months for them to be able to schedule us in. One guy, Jarin, showed up and did all the work himself. The pool looked pretty good after he did it. There was a color variation on the tile, which he claimed was not from the acid wash, but it was not noticeable once the pool was re-filled. The tile grout color was also affected after the acid wash, the color of the grout was grey but after the wash it was sand color like the color had been stripped off. The problem I have is that a month after we paid them the line on the tile and waterfall came back. I immediately called and asked for them to come out and fix it. The company informed me that I will have to wait over 2 weeks because Jarin is on vacation and apparently he has to be the one to come back and fix it. I also do not recommend paying the extra $50 for the chemicals. When we were quoted, he made it sound like they would add and adjust the start-up chemicals. But in reality they just leave them in boxes and you will have to add them and get your water tested to adjust them. Over-all I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and their obvious lack of urgency to fix the problem.

As always, extremely prompt, incredibly responsive and continue to perform great pool work!

It was well done and he was quick. I felt it as costly over and above the coupon price but i have no complaints about his work or his efficiency.

I thought additional piping would need replaced and they told me why it didn't need to be done. Great work and professionalism! Would recommend to others for tile as well as pool repair work being that they have done both for this pool!

I recently purchased a home and had the pool drained and refilled, however I couldn't stand that calcium ring on the tile - so I contacted this company. Jarin was extremely helpful in terms of explaining the process and giving me some extremely useful tips regarding how I can help prevent this type of buildup in the future. The tile looks absolutely amazing now that it has been cleaned and sealed. I really appreciated that he took care of lowering the water level a little bit more so he could have access to clean the entire tile. The cleaning process was contained such that he removed any materials left over so that the pool remained clean. While the job itself was fantastic, I really appreciated the advice and manor in which he conducts business. You couldn't ask for a more courteous, helpful and knowledgeable guy. A+ in my book.

The technician arrived and set-up, cleaned the tile, and left in the space of a couple of hours. The tile are now gleaming. I am happy with the work, but the cost per hour seems high.

The guy who came out was very punctual and he did a good job. He did exactly what he said that he would do in cleaning the pool and he did a nice job with it. He knew what he was doing. The only thing, and part of this would have been my fault, was that in whatever process that he used with the machine, the water was taken out and there was some sort of blasting that was done on the pool tiles to clean it and the water kind of trailed over to the side of the backyard and it should have been hosed down. It was on a rock bed and so we were left with this white stuff on the rock and I think that he missed hosing it down but we never followed up after we noticed it like the next morning or something and we did not call them back and say, "What is this? Do you want to come and hose it down?" We just got rid of it. He was very polite and we were happy with the work. We used the big deal shortly after we purchased it and there was an additional charge on top of the deal but that was only because the pool had to be a certain square footage for the $199 deal and our pool proves to be bigger. There was additional footage added on and it may have even said that in the ad or whatever. We have not had any other issues since the service was provided. The pool still looks fine and we have not needed to have the service done again.

I was happy with the original job. They didn’t ask me how old my water was and within two months the calcium line was back. They should have offered to fix this for free and they only said that they ork with us when I called and spoke with them.

Did a great job. I would recommend this company. Will do business in the future.

We found Arizona Pool Blasters to be very professional. They responded quickly to scheduling, followed up a few days before the service to confirm the time and arrived on time for the work. As for the work itself, our pool time has not looked this good since it was brand new. We will definently use them again.

Looks amazing, I wish I did it two years ago

Pool tile was cleaned professionally with no damage to the tile. The special on Angie's List was advertised for $199, but that was for 75 linear feet and did not include the waterfall rocks. Pool Blasters discussed the extra cost with me before the job was done and I was very satisfied with the price and results.

Once the tile was blasted it looked bad but not because of the job they did. (The previous owner didnt take care of the old 1980s tile) We decided to retile it. Jaren brought the tile to us since we were not able to make it to his supplier due to our work schedules. He made suggestions on the ones he liked. His crew did an excellent job. Huge difference

He removed the built up calcium on the tile and sealed the surface. He was professional and completed the job satisfactorily and efficiently.
