Normally, they come and go quickly, but they are very thorough and won't leave until the job is done. The same guy has been the technician who comes for years. It’s very great as my dogs are familiar with him. If there are spider webs or anything, he takes them all down. They may cost a little more than other companies, but they are far worth it. I really truly love their company and they go above and beyond. They are wonderful! I would recommend them to anybody!

I have always truly enjoyed having them come over. They were always trustworthy and the pest control always worked wonderfully. Because it was organic pest control, it didn’t cause any harm to my dogs and I never worried about them. They always treated my property with respect. They also always called in advance. I never had any issues with them.

They are terrific. Whenever I have had a special problem, they have came right out to do treatment. They always educate and treat the areas with products that will not harm my pets or affect allergies. They are good to use for people who have immune issues.

We live in Queen Creek around farms and horse property, so bugs are a fact of life, but I have grandkids and dogs that I would rather not have exposed to harsh bug sprays, so that is why I first decided to call this company. We have used this company for about five months now, and it totally takes care of the bugs. The owner is very knowledgable about bugs and what works and doesn't work. Our service tech is here when he says he will be here, and stays for at least an hour. He spreads whatever organic bug killer they have, and looks around our entire property for any signs of bugs or critters. I am very happy with this service.

I really like them. I chose to use them because they were one of the only organic provider and I don't want any pesticides around my house. They are reliable and always on time. The same technician usually comes in so I know him very well and he would always call to confirm and to remind me that he's gonna be here. The treatment was effective and it was guaranteed that if suddenly I have an ant problem, all I need to do is call him and he'll come for no extra charge to take care of it.

They come every two months unless I have a problem in-between. There were a couple of months where I think they were changing personnel and they did not respond to my call for a couple of weeks. It seems a little expensive but that may be the way with all pest control companies.

I like the company because it's organic. We have had them for years. They are reliable and if we have problem in between treatments, they will come out. We had a big problem with bees at one time and they just kept coming out until they solved the problem which was not easy to solve.

They were quick to respond when I called, and the technician spent a lot of time with me the first time he came so that he could understand our specific issues. He asked me a lot of questions, and then gave me a lot of information about what he does, what he uses, how to schedule in the future etc. Best part was-it smelled really pleasant! I had him use only organic because I'm planning to put in an organic garden...would definitely recommend them!

The products that they have are not effective for scorpions. They were very professional and even brought a packet of information on the products that they used. When they left it actually smelled good, not like chemicals! They only have to come out once every two months.

When we called this company we had cockroaches crawling around the house and had seen at least three scorpions inside. With young children and also out of respect for the desert environment we live in, we didn't want to have chemicals so we decided to go organic. The first time they came out, they needed to return before the end of the two months, which they did with no charge. We've had no problem with pests since then. It's really safer and better to go organic and this company makes it easy. We've seen many workers come and go over the years but they've always been competent and professional.
