Description of Work: I had a list of 'honey do'. Arizona Maintenance Service sent out someone who handled most of the list but ran into trouble with a running toilet. He took hours trying to fix it and ended up having to send a plumber out to fix it on another day. The plumber took care of it in less than 30 minutes. I was unhappy that I was billed for the extra hours the first person took trying to fix the toilet. I spoke to the manager and the bill was adjusted.

Description of Work: They did several odd jobs around the house. Very professional and knowledgeable. The only issue that I had was they had to reschedule my jobs two different times. But overall a good experience.

Description of Work: I gave Boyd a "honey-do" list with everything from adding screws to an attic stairway opening in the ceiling to patching a block fence to adding a new secure lock to a gate. All were completed on time and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Replaced a faucet, repaired a shower head , painted a fence and built a support for a wall mounted toilet,repaired a hole in a stone floor, removed a bird's nest in an external speaker , and established a deterrent for a future bird building. |

Description of Work: They were to prep and paint outdoor entryway ceiling. When paint was applied, surface began peeling off. Estimate to fix the underlying drywall seemed high. |I paid $150 for extended time on job. We had to patch, sand, texture and re-paint. I had initially scheduled for March 26th. When I called to get an arrival time, I was told I was not on schedule and re-scheduled for April 2nd. Service provider was on time, courteous and apologetic.

Description of Work: Jeff's installation of our outdoor ceiling fan (in the ramada) went really well! He was great to work with, and the people I spoke to at the office were wonderfully helpful when I had to reschedule the initial installation. I definitely recommend them! Professional AND competent! What more could I ask?

Description of Work: Repaired a hole in bedroom ceiling caused by a leak. The hole was repaired but it did not look "finished" when completed. It looked like it needed to be sanded down more. I expressed this to the provider, but he said it would look fine when the plaster dried. It did not.

Description of Work: Replaced all 4 bathroom faucets. Did not change drains. Arrived late and took longer than estimated. Nice gentleman but had thumbs wrapped in bandages from night before accident.

Description of Work: The handyman was fine at things like repairing a broken shutter and replacing light bulbs. But he said he could replace grout in my kitchen which he did, and it doesn't match color nor is it done well.
