Over many years Arizona Leak has repaired leaks in my tile and flat roof. I just had my tile roof replaced and the flat roof over the garage resealed. When we had a day long rain I had a mini-river flowing inside my house on an interior door. I called Shawn since I knew he would get to which roof area was leaking (it was, of course, at the juncture between the tile/flat roofs). The flat roof was bubbled up underneath the flashing of the tile roof which was almost touching the flat roof. He repaired the area for a reasonable price. Shawn is the best, most honest guy out there.

Shawn was punctual, personal, and professional. Informative, with excellent communication skills. He explains why, how, and what the issues are and then offers possible solutions to the customer. Fast, quality repair. Why can't all handy/repair/service men be like this?

We have used Leak Force to diagnose and repair roof issues on two houses and one townhouse. Shawn is incredibly professional and communicates very well, besides being super friendly and nice. Regarding the most recent repair, three different roofing companies over the course of 14 months were unable to figure out where a small, but destructive, leak was coming from. In just two short visits Shawn found and repaired what ended up being two areas of ingress (?) and we have not had a problem since. And the cost! Always so reasonable, especially considering the quality of workmanship and Shawn's level of experience!

Shawn is a true professional. It was very easy to setup an appointment with him. He was on time, well prepared, and communicated every step of the way - including pictures for review. The leak was found and repaired rapidly. Charges were very reasonable.

Shawn was immediately responsive and offered to come on the July 4th holiday if needed. We didn't do that to him but it was amazing that he was willing to do so. He came the next day after the holiday and made the repair at a reasonable price. He also came back later to assure it was all working. He is great and educated us all along the way. Shawn arrived on time and very thorough and polite; explained very well his evaluation; this was an inspection with no charge. After reading his reviews and my experience I can understand why he is rated so highly.

Shawn did the most thorough job of evaluating and isolating the problem (one guy never lifted up a single tile to look) and recommended a solution that dealt specifically with that before giving me a very reasonable quote. Other contractors I got quotes from were proposing what I thought were overkill solutions costing lots more. Shawn is a sole proprietor who does the work himself, which keeps the cost down.

They called right away and scheduled an appointment. Came out the same week, and looked at the roof. Then very honestly told me it was just one tile and they could fix it on the spot, and charged a very reasonable price. I'll call them again anytime there might be a need and would recommend to anyone.
