I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we received. There were a couple of issues with the installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the product. We could have found a cheaper vendor, but I doubt they would have stood behind their work like Arizona floors. We made the right choice!

I had removed the old laminate floor. Estimator (Leisa) came over to measure and check out floors. My home is over 80 years old so I was prepared that additional prep might be required but she didn't indicate that. Installers were late by a few hours and it took much longer than expected. They did not seem to have any directions as to what they were doing and seemed surprised that I did not want a 1" group spacing. These were wood-look plank style tiles and I wanted a very tight look. So they installed it with no grout joints at all. I assumed that was OK. They ran out of tile and had to come back a second time.. . I stressed that I had somewhere else I had to be on that day and they assured me they would be right on time, but it didn't work out that way. The installer, when he arrived, told me he had been sent to complete a job on the west side first - something Leisa later denied. They finished their work and I lived with it for a few days, then a couple of weeks then I called Leisa to come take a look because the job definitely looked wrong. She agreed and said that it would need grout after all and that some of the tile baseboard would have to be re-done as it was seriously weird. So they came out a third time and ripped the tile off the baseboard in places and applied grout to the floor. They left with a layer of grout all over the floor because "they couldn't put too much water on it". When I cleaned it up I lived with it a few days and weeks and I got a bill from Leisa for the final 1/2 and I wrote her an e-mail telling her all my frustrations with the floor. Basically, it looks awful. some joints have grout; most don't. Chips in the tile are filled in with grout - some are large. Where they ripped the tiles off the baseboard, they left rough gray grout on the wall. The transition to the adjoining floor looks like my grand daughter did it and fninshed it off with a fork. All this is what I included in my e-mail to the company. I asked them to get back to me and decide what they felt it was worth. I have not heard one word from them in all this time (almost 7 months). So if I could be happy with the floor, I would feel good about getting a 1/2 price floor, but every time I look at it, I feel aggravated. There were other issues - I found out on-line that a tile that looked to my eyes exactly like the one I chose was on sale for 50 cents a square foot less - their comment? It's only cents; every single time Leisa was goint to "check on something and get right back to me" she did not - she never returned a phone call.

Went by the showroom and picked out the flooring and the counter tops We had been looking and knew approximately what we wanted. Dennis the salesman came out and gave us a quote. Very personable. We accepted their bid for the work and went to granite shop and picked out our slab of granite. Approximately four days after signing the contract, the tile guy Enrique came out did the tear out, next day laid the tile, the next day did the entry way design, next day did the grout. The following day, the counter top were brought in by Superior Stone. Tom and Darrel were very nice, it took about half a day to put the counter tops on..the plumber came that same afternoon and hooked up the dishwasher and the new sink. The next day the carpet guy came and tacked down the carpet next to the tile. So I thought - after a few months living in the house, the carpet started to come up , when we checked it out,, the tack strips weren't even glued down,, the job was a total mess regarding the carpet put back against the tile. And regarding the tile, at an entry way to a room, tile cracked after someone walked on it,, evidently, there was no support under the tile. .. It took six days to complete... 10 days from the date contract signed. Even though things looked good on first glance, after living on it for a few months, things began to be noticed... I will know next time I hire someone to save my opinion for later.

This business did not meet our expectations and we would never recommend it to anyone. Our new kitchen backsplash used both subway tiles and glass tile. At the time of purchase we discussed using an underlayment for the glass tile since it was "thinner". That did not happen for the FIRST installation and as a result the glass tile was wavy and very uneven. In addition, the installers cleaned/sprayed grout on the front saltillo patio and our recently painted patio walls. The sales rep and owner agreed to replace the glass tile and clean up the mess on the patio. The SECOND installation was slightly improved but the installers still did not use an underlayment. The installers reluctantly cleaned up all grout residue on the front patio. After showing the POOR quality backsplash to another contractor we again asked for the owner and sales rep to come out to examine the workmanship. They agreed to a THIRD backsplash installation. The installers arrived without grout and were unable to easily recognize the wavy/crooked tiles. I decided to not take another risk with this company until I spoke with the owner of the company. As a result of this experience, the company refunded me the total cost of the backsplash products and installation if I removed my comments from YELP. I will send email pictures of their work to anyone who requests. This company has poor business practices and should not be installing tile backsplash.
