We interviewed different contractors and chose Joseph (Iosif) to do our work. He submitted a detailed contract and estimate of the total cost, and there were no issues at the end. Throughout the process, he advised us on materials and techniques that might be good for us. He was patient and helpful in the planning process. Iosif is the owner of the company, and his plan is to do one job at a time. He and his crew showed up every day and worked consistently until the project was complete. Our neighbors were amazed that we had found a contractor who was so consistent. The work area was kept as clean as possible at all times. His workers were conscientious and pleasant. Iosif and his team completely gutted two bathrooms and replaced all plumbing fixtures in both rooms. Extensive tile work was also done. We installed new cabinets, mirrors, and granite countertops in each bathroom. Minor electrical work was also done. Finally, both bathrooms were repainted. Iosif was concerned that we were happy at each stage of the process. We would hire Iosif again, in addition to the reasons indicated above, due to the overall quality of the work. He and his team were meticulous with tile-setting and placement. Iosif identified and solved some very minor issues related to the initial construction of our bathrooms. His attention to detail resulted in a highly professional remodel.

This company was phenomenal. We interviewed about five companies and went to two showrooms. tThey had samples of tile and wood styles, as well as full pieces of granite to choose from, so that we didn't have to go to other locations to make choices. Arizona Flooring and Remodeling gave us the best price, including all materials and the details we wanted, which other companies did not.They estimated 5 to 7 days to complete, and did it on time! They worked all day, every day, with no time lost and carefully cleaned up each day's work before they left. The owner, Josif, supervised each aspect of the work and did some of it himself and was there every day. We have had experience with other remodellers, and this company has to be among the best. They paid meticulous attention to all details. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with their work.

Iosif arrived at the scheduled time to provide a design, estimated costs and a time table for the remodeling project. After we received his estimate we toured his showroom/shop, where we refined the design plans, finalized our material choices and agreed to the work schedule. Iosif and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time to begin the work. Prior to starting they protected the surrounding wall and floor areas with coverings to prevent and damage. After demolition work was completed, they cleaned up the area and hauled away all the construction debris. They every scheduled day at the scheduled time and completed the remodel on the agreed date. Iosif, the owner, did the majority of the work himself and is a very skilled craftsman and professional in his approach to insuring the project was completed to our satisfaction. At the completion of the project the entire work area was cleaned and all our questions were answered. If we have future remodeling or flooring project Arizona Flooring & Remodeling will be our first call.
