We have been waiting for the defective panel to be replaced for over a month now. They say they are waiting for manufacturing to get back to them. They were very good. They were fan doctors and they know the fans. They know about all the manufacturers and they fixed my fan. I did not have to pay him to fixed the fan but he fixed a light fixture for me.
