I hired this company to install gutters on my home. I picked them because they made claim to installing seamless gutters. Don't believe what they advertise. I had a 78 foot run of gutter and they put a seam in the gutter. After 25 months the seam started leaking. They only warranty their seams for 24 months and were going to charge me to come out and silicone seal the seam. Instead I hired a company (Valley Contracting, LLC) today to replace the 78 foot run of gutter with a seamless gutter. I suggest you hire this company instead. They have installed seamless gutters as long as 130 foot. Now I no longer have to worry about the seam leaking since my gutters are now seamless. Buyer beware!

I called this company on 5-29-18 to set up getting a gutter replacement at my home. A pleasant lady took my phone number and information and said she would pass this on to the team that does estimates of this type to schedule an agreeable time for getting an estimate. That was 8 days ago and I have not received any calls from this company to schedule an estimate. I based my decision in part to use this company due to the many A ratings they had received on Angie's List. When I did not get a response after a few days I called Booth Built Patio Products to get an estimate and the office manager called me back in less than 24 hours and a few days later an estimator came to my home and I promptly received a reasonable estimate and will be using Booth Built to do the job. I can see I am not the only one presenting reviews on Arizona Energy Products who did not get anyone to call back to schedule an estimate.

They did a great job installing the gutters and the downspouts, and provided a rain chain gutter where a downspout was not practical. Excellent!

Everything went perfect from the time the job was first estimated until the four new seamless rain gutters were installed by two true professionals that were fun to watch. I stood and watched as the crew extruded the seamless rain gutters from the back of their work van onto support posts set up in front of our driveway. The speed and accuracy with which the crew worked was amazing, and they asked what I wanted at critical points in the process. I fully intend to have them to install another gutter in the near future. We had a severe monsoon storm shortly after the rain gutters were installed and they worked beautifully. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants rain gutters installed perfectly the first time.

Professional Service, On Time, Reasonable Price

Everything went very smoothly. I requested a free quote and received a call right away. Todd came out to our home, he was punctual and very professional. He was informed that we had another project that was to be done very soon and dependent on getting the gutters in place first. He said that he would try to expedite things and he came through for us. Gutters were in within a couple of weeks. We have had two rain storms since then and the gutters are working great. No leaks!! and I have filled my 50 gallon rain barrell twice and am thrilled not to let that rain water go to waste. I am so happy.

Adam, the salesman must be the main reason this company gets an "A" rating. He is a delight. The rest of the employees, not so much. THE GOOD: 1. Adam is knowledgeable, helpful, and likable. 2. Their gutters are high quality and come in almost every color imaginable. 3. They will EVENTUALLY get most of the job done. THE BAD: 1. Scheduling does not exist in this company. Just wait for someone to call, and they will eventually show up the next day. 2. Lack of Employee Integrity - I watched one installer damage the longest piece of gutter with his ladder, then try to cover it up by saying, "It's no big deal." When I asked him to replace it, he said, "Call the office." and walked to his truck to go home. 3. Lack of Respect - Absolutely nothing was cleaned up from the install. Dirt and debris from the old gutters left on the porch, old nails, shavings and strips cut from the new gutters left in the driveway, two plants stepped on and killed, and many scratches in the gate to the backyard. All in all, spend the extra money and get a proper contractor to replace your gutters. This company may be less expensive, but it's worth paying more to know the job will be done right the first time.

Adam was prompt in responding to our request for an estimate and was punctual for our first meeting. We discussed how the rain water runs down and under our back patio and floods the patio. He recommended installing wide gutters along the length of our patio and draining to both sides of the house. We have a very large tree that drops leaves constantly that hangs over the patio and were concerned about the gutter clogging, but he said that the wide gutters would be able to flush the leaves. We paid him 50% up front. They came a week or so later to do the job and it really looks fantastic. Very nice-looking gutters and the color matches the house really well. It has rained hard enough only once since they installed the gutters and they seem to work great. They did a great job sealing the edge of the gutter against the stucco. Adam suggested saving a little money on one of the drains and getting some corrugated pipe from a hardware store to direct the water further away from the patio (Our patio is sadly the low spot of the yard, so one of the gutters drains to the edge of a walkway and then the water just runs back toward the patio). He said that they could run it farther for us but that it would be better for us to save the money and do it ourselves. I would definitely use them again.

called to get estimate for putting gutters on front of house. man who answered the phone took my information and said all estimators were busy, but one would call me back right away. as usual no one ever returned my call. business must be good in that they can blow off Angie's list members.

Their service was fine. They were on time and did a good job.

Todd was very helpful in the recommended layout and color match. Went with 6 inch gutters and 4 inch downspout on terra cotta tile roof. Gutters and downspouts look great. Job well done and crew was very professional. Cant wait to see it in action at the next rain. Be prepared to wait for installation as it took the company 4 weeks before install as they were busy. But made us aware of the delay and is worth the wait. We were not in any hurry.

In an early February rain storm (this is the first storm I had after installed my gutter on January), my mom discovers one of the drain spout?s joints was leaking. Few weeks later one Saturday morning, my whole house window replacement order was ready to install and my installers discovered part of the gutter was ?blocked? the window (See picture). They could replace every window except that one. Because of that, I contracted my salesman Adam for help. My salesman Adam did above and beyond and stopped by my house next day (Sunday morning) for site evaluation. I explained the situation to Adam and he said there was not simple solution to fix it. He suggested he could arrange his crews to return my house to remove the gutter, stored in my backyard aisle, and reinstalled after my window in place. However, this labor service would cost me $99.00. He wrote up the invoice on site. Next morning, I contacted his office. The lady said Adam did not turn in his order, so I explained the story to the staff again for this urgent matter. She said her book was full, but would contact me again on any opening. On Wednesday morning, she contacted me and said her installers would be in my house from 2 - 5pm. On Thursday 5pm, the installers did not show up. I contacted the main office again. The installers apologize for this matter and said let me pick any time for him to arrive tomorrow. I chose 7 am because I thought this would be his first install order with enough sunlight to guide them. On Friday 9am, the installers did not show up again. I called the main office again and explained my frustration. Finally the installers arrived on 10 am, removed the gutter and placed the part in my backyard less than 20 minutes. My mom told the installers returned tomorrow 7 am and reinstalled the gutter, as the window would be set this afternoon.On Saturday morning, the installers did not show up again (three times in three days). My mom waited until noon and asked me contact the office again. Forty-five minutes, I still did not receive any phone call, I called the office for the second request. Ten minutes later, the installer?s supervisor asked me why keep calling without apology. I explained to him the window had been installed and the promise kept breaking from the same installer. He said he would call me back first thing on Monday and scheduled the appointment as he did not sit in front of his computer and check opening schedule.Later this afternoon, the installer arrived to my house without any prior phone call. Luckily, my mom was here, otherwise they needed to come back next visit. The installer did not need to cut any part and finish the job in ten minutes.

After read many positive Angie?s list reviews, I contacted Arizona Energy Products via its company web page and requested a free gutter estimation. The estimator Adam arrived my house on time, very pleasant and professional. He did the site measurement less than 20 minutes, drafted the invoice in front of me, collected my credit card information, and schedule the installation. He saw my roof frame I had installed a security spotlight, solar panel and hung some nails for the Christmas lights that would block the future gutter location. He suggested those add-ons need to move out. I asked him could his crews help me on my behalf and remove all those obstacles. He said there would not create any problem. Several weeks later, his front office lady left me a voicemail and stated the installer would come my house from noon to 4pm. The installers arrived at 2 pm. Even it was later than I expected and did not have a courtesy call half hour early, I kept my cheek up and opened the door. The installers saw those nails, he angry at me and refused start the work. Because of that, I called Adam immediately for resolution. Adam talked to them and advised them continued the job. The installers took out all the nails approximately 10 minutes. Some nails fell on my garden and driveway. I also picked up the gutter?s installed nails after they left. The whole project completed within two hours.

I had trouble reaching the owners salesman. I had another contractor doing work for the drains needs and wanted to speak to the gutter guy and he never received a call back I was their when he call him. BIG problem on the bill price wasn't what we agreed on. The booker talked to him and finally changed it to the agreed price.

We had gutters installed due to front porch and patio getting flood every time it rained. Additionally we were concerned about impact of run off on the foundation. Called Arizona Energy Products based on Angie's list reviews. They were out in a couple days for the estimate and answered all the questions we had. Installation was in about two weeks and went perfectly. They listened to the concerns and ran drain pipe about 3 feet out away from the house. All in all a good experience with a good contractor.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Arizona Energy Products. The sales rep, Adam Malek, arrived on time to our scheduled appointment on November 26th. Adam was knowledgeable about the product and installation. He provided a bid for the service and I chose to go with the company immediately. After further discussion with my boyfriend regarding the details of the installation he requested Adam come out again to answer some additional questions he had. I contacted Adam directly and without hesitation he came back to our home on 12/9/14 to answer questions. We decided to change a few things to the original bid and he came back the very next day, measured and dropped off the bid (we were not required to be there). The gutters were installed on 12/24/14 at 7:30 in the morning and they look great. The installation crew was professional and friendly. Adam was fantastic to deal with and I would recommend this company over and over again.

Prompt on coming out for estimate. Met the commitment to have it installed by the end of 2014. Clean and fast job. The seamless gutter is a little "rippled" (not entirely smooth) on the bottom which I have never seen on prior gutter installations. It was a fairly long run (about 58 feet) which may have contributed to this. Other that the rippled appearance, the job was done on time and at a reasonable cost.

Todd was very experienced and professional. He took his time and listened to us and then provided recommendations. His quote was better than other's I received. We are scheduled to have the work done.

From the very beginning, AZ Energy Products did an excellent job! There prices were very fair and the quality of the materials used and the installation was excellent. The only thing we need is some rain to see how it works!

I first met with Adam, who was the estimator/sales person. He was on time and very pleasant and professional. He looked over the job and gave me an estimate, and estimated a timeframe of three weeks out. When the job was ready for installation, I received a call from their offices to schedule the installation. Although the team didn't make it out the first day they were supposed to due to some mechanical problems with their truck, they called me the following day to reschedule, and within the next day or so the work was completed. They did a very clean and professional job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work to be performed. And I thought their prices were quite reasonable - it was a little bit of a tricky install, which they handled with no issues.

Once I contacted Arizona Energy Products, I had a sales person contact me within 24 hours to schedule the appointment at my home. The salesperson showed arrived on time and did a thorough job of explaining the process. I informed the salesperson that I wanted the gutters installed within three weeks. The installation crew came arrived even a few days early and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Arizona Energy Products.

I'll let you know. So far, they have my check and they're two weeks later than they committed to.

Professionally installed gutters and were courteous and did a great job. After installation we had a big monsoon storm and realized we had a low spot which was gathering a lot of water. We asked them to come back out which they did. Tim assessed the issue and provided a fix on the spot. Nice work!
