 + -1 moreTHE OWNER DOES THE WORK. HIS WORK INSIDE WAS NEAT AND EFFICIENT. HE ALSO OFFERS TUNE-UPS FREE FOR THE FIRST YEAR AND A REDUCED PRICE AFTER THE FIRST YEAR. PERFORMED WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER (IT WAS HOT), EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY THOROUGHLY ON HOW TO MAINTAIN AND GET THE MOST FROM MY NEW UNIT.
Description of Work: OUR A/C WAS NOT WORKING AND MR. MONUS CAME OUT AND CHECKED OUT THE SYSTEM. HE SAID DUE TO THE AGE IT WOULD BE MORE COST-WISE TO REPLACE THE UNIT FOR THE SECOND STORY. HE RETURNED LATER AND INSTALLED EVERYTHING.
