Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts

I emailed about a quote and the lady was friendly and quick to respond. I mentioned that I saw a lower price on angies list and she said "great, you are on angie's list, that is our lowest price so I can give that to you". the man who did the work was quick and clean, didn't leave any sign that the chimney was cleaned!

They showed up on time. We had the work area cleared already. They had one tech working indoors and one tech on the roof and managed to clear the dryer vent in short order. They clean up what little mess there was- just big blobs of lint and stuff.932

The service for the Big Deal was great. He did a good job. That was the first time I've used it and I haven't used it since.

Inspected the chimney, setup the vacuum, scrubbed the chimney sweep while vacuuming. Periodically examining the contents of the vacuum to determine if there was creosote buildup. Scrubbed the sweep, and vacuumed out the whole chimney. Provided me with analysis of what he found. Thankfully, there was no creosote buildup, and the tech was excellent at explaining his craft and his observations, not just on my house, but comparing to other types of chimneys.

Set up carefully, covering all areas that could get dirty. Explained everything. Efficient and courteous.

The installer was very professional and recommended the best cost effective way to finish the job.

Arizona Chimney Sweep was super fast at getting a time scheduled. Mike was super professional and arrived right on time. He cleaned our fireplace and flume. He even removed the screws that were in the fireplace unit when it was originally installed and explained they should be out, so you can remove the grate to clean the ashes out of the fireplace. I don't think our chimney had ever been swept. They did a super job!

I had had the sweeper out twice to clean the chimney on my wood burning stove, and he did a great job. So when the dryer started leaving clothes a bit moist, I figured it needed cleaning, and I had seen they do dryer vents also. Same sweeper, and he did a great job getting wads of stuff out of the vent. We concluded it might be a good idea to do dryer vent and chimney at same time in the future. Dryer works great now.

They were prompt and very helpful. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. They were on time for the appointment .

We paid a little more because we did not have a chimney cap. This guy came over and he made a chimney cap for us and came back the same day and put it in. We were not here and it looks great. He did a great job. This guy was really nice and showed up when he said he was going to and he was very clean. He had everything laid out as far as his things and did a great a job. It was a great surprise because I did not have a good job done before. There would have been a lot of dust and he cleaned up all by himself. He gave us choices for the chimney cover and we were very happy overall.

Everything went well. They were very knowledgeable, they explained the work clearly, and they kept the area clean while they completed the project. Furthermore, they gave us helpful advice on how to care for the chimney which we appreciated.

This is a great company. Spoke with Becky who was professional & very pleasant. They had an appointment open the same day & the service person was there promptly. He was also pleasant & extremely professional. When completed, he showed me the amount of soot that was in the fireplace & I could not believe how much dirt he got out. It is unfortunate that the no burn day are always on Christmas Eve and Christmas, on New Years Eve and New Years, but I wanted to have the fireplace ready all the same. This service was quick, very clean and seemed very complete. I have used the fireplace twice since the sweeping and it has operated perfectly.

Prompt, on-time service. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me understand my 80 year old chimney. He was careful and left not a speck of dirt in or around the chimney.
