Fantastic company! They followed up and confirmed our appointment with us. Arrived on time. Protected our carpet and surrounding area for our fireplace. Thoroughly cleaned the flue and the fireplace for us. And, best of all, advised we only need to do this every 5 years. Didn't try to sell us a yearly clean. Very professional and very friendly. They have customers for life.

I had already cleaned the fireplace myself but wanted it done better by a professional. They had a better vacuum than me, but that was about all they did - vacuum it. I thought paying for a chimney sweep would have made it much cleaner as I had experienced when lived in another city. The bricks are still sooty and soot continues to soil the candles in there, plus the hearth.

It went very well. They contacted me quickly and were able to schedule the service to meet my schedule. I had just bought the house and I had lots of questions about the condition of the fireplace and he answered all of them.

The man came on time and he was nice. I would say he was in and out under an hour. I kinda expected some "dos-and-don'ts" when he left, but nothing really. He just said that it was needed and that was about it. With my limited knowledge and experience I checked the fire place after he left and it sure looked clean to me. Money well spent I feel.

I had the dryer vent cleaned before I moved into the house 2.5 years ago. But I had never had before a situation where the dryer vented vertically to the roof. So I was worried about lint fire hazards. I called AZ Chimney Sweep from the Angie's list providers on Monday and was able to make an appointment for 8:00AM the next morning. An athletic young man arrived on time, parked on the driveway. I was awaiting him so I showed him to the laundry room. He turned the dryer on and set up his ladder to climb on the roof with his equipment. After some rattling noises, he came down to pull the dryer away from its niche. We cleaned the area behind the dryer and the dusty back of the dryer. In response to my enquiries, he said that there was not a whole lot of lint after 2.5 years; I could wait 3 to 5 years before the next cleaning. I gave him the check for the price agreed upon with the boss lady on the phone; that was the advertised price on Angie's list. Job done sweetly after a fast scheduling by a personable and polite young man.

Perfect- the gentleman was on time, took 45 minutes to do the cleaning and left absolutely no mess or any trace of chimney ashes. When the buyer came to the house he looked up in the chimney and was very pleased at the great job and could visually see how much creosote they had removed. My dryer was getting hot on top. I called another company to clean my vent and it was still getting hot so I called a dryer repairman. He checked my dryer throughly and said there was still was a blockage. I called Arizona Chimney Sweep and they were out in 2 days. Mike came and I told him my problem. H turned on the dryer and checked the vent and said there was a blockage. He cleaned the vent from under the roof hang. I have a 2 story house. I went out 1/2 way through and there was so much lint it looked like it was snowing grey. He filled 1/3 of a white trash bag with lint. He hooked my dryer back up and replaced the tape my dryer repairman had used with a clamp. He tried the dryer and it no longer gets hot. He was very pleasant and explained what he would do and asked questions about the other company. I have 2 dogs and he didn't mind the dogs at all. I recommend this company highly and will use them again. Next time to clean my chimney

We are extremely happy with the services performed by Arizona Chimney Sweep. We bought a home that had not been occupied for 12 years. There was no chimney cap or wire mesh. The chimney looked like a pillow exploded in it. Our professional was very pleasant, efficient, timely and competent. He had to negotiate a tile roof and did so without breaking any tiles. Also, he kept everything clean as he performed the services. He cleaned the chimney and installed a chimney cap. We would definitely hire this company again!
