Scheduling was easy and they were able to do it right away. They were professional, courteous, and did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

Arrived exactly when they said. Put down a drop cloth for protection. Used a round brush to clean up inside the fireplace & a hand brush to brush the reachable parts. As the soot fell, a heavy duty vacuum was used to suck up any fly-away soot & the rest was scooped up & taken away. Whole process for a very dirty fireplace that hadn't been swept in probably 10-15 years only took about 30 minutes. They left the surrounding area just as clean as when they arrived. Amazing considering what they're working with - very fine black powder falling down from inside a chimney. I was impressed. He also told me the cap & everything else looked really good so I knew I had nothing more to worry about.

It went just fine. They explained that everything was in good repair and told me how to use the damper. He was on time. He was very professional and helpful. I would use them again. Quality was fine. It was timely.

It went well - serviceperson was on time, quick and efficient. I had contacted them for a quote (researching several vendors). They were a little higher, but offered a discount if you did more than one service. Then they called me back and said they had a worker in my area the next day and wanted a full schedule, so if I'd schedule now, they'd throw in a refrig coil cleaning. So I agreed. Chimney sweep seemed a lot quicker than I'd had in the past, I wondered if he had gone on the roof or just cleaned from inside. He said he did. For the most part they were clean -- just a couple of areas I needed to sweep or wipe after the appliance (refrig, dryer) was moved back into place.

I purchased the service on Sunday and was called that same day to confirm the services date. Service was scheduled for Aug 29th at 8:00 am. Service person was punctual, professional and performed the service in a very clean way. I would hire this company again.

I was hearing bird noises coming down my chimney, and I was worried that something was nesting up there. Also, because I intend to install a gas log in a 20-year-old fireplace that has been wood-burning for 20 years, I thought it would be a good idea to clean the chimney. I purchased the "deal" online (actually, I don't remember the exact price), and I heard back from the provider the next morning. Service was scheduled within a day or two. The tech arrived promptly, checked the roof, looked inside the chimney and told me that there were no nests in there, told me that the chimney was not extremely dirty, and proceeded to hook up his cleaning equipment. Once he was done he cleaned up everything. His work was quick and professional. There was a bit of a lingering odor in the room, so I had to air it out a bit, but everything was left very clean and tidy. This company gets an A in my book.

Went just as ordered. Technician was punctual, professional and provided verbal as well as written account of his findings. Decision to to add purchase of flue cap was solely mine after discussing it with technician. Clean up was comprehensive.

The serviceman was on time and professional. He told me what he would be doing first. He then went to work, cleaning the dryer vents leading to outside. He finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. After he was done, he told me how things looked and how often I should do this service in the future.

As always, they arrived on time, were very professional, and VERY considerate of cleaning up and did a wonderful job inspecting the chimney and cleaning it . I was very impressed. When the technician showed up, he introduced himself and showed his credentials. Once inside, he went straight to work on inspecting the fireplace and flue. He explained that everything looked pretty good and walked outside to get his cleaning equipment. He setup his equipment and placed a drop cloth down to prevent any soot from getting on my tile. Once cleaned, he headed onto the roof to inspect the outer chimney. There was a grate over the opening that had been painted over several times. He explained that was what was causing the issue of our fireplace billowing smoke into the living room. The fire couldn't get enough draw to pull the smoke up and out. He removed the grate and recommended purchasing a chimney cover to prevent any critters from entering and keeping the weather out. I would definitely recommend Arizona Chimney Sweep. I was kept informed throughout the entire visit. I really felt the recommendations provided were for my benefit and not a sales pitch. They will definitely be at the top of my list when I need to have it cleaned again!

The gentleman performing the services kept the heart and surrounding areas covered while performing his work and he got the job done in a timely manner and he was on time. He inspected and gave us a report of everything he found.
