Description of Work: Did an great job cleaning chimney and fireplace. Checked chimney cap and outside air vent. Made sure I understood the opening and closing of the flu and aux air vent. Gave good suggestions on amount of wood and handling of ashes after a fire. Good professional attitude towards service.

Description of Work: Keith cleaned my chimney today. He was very polite, friendly and informative. The cleaning took about 20 minutes. The house was very clean when he left - no soot or dust anywhere. Last April, I had someone come out and clean my dryer ducts. He was also very punctual, friendly, competent and informative. I will certainly call on A Arizona Chimney Sweep again!

Description of Work: This company was professional, courteous, on time and reasonable charge. They met all of my time restraints and did an excellent job in cleaning my dryer vent. This whole quest started with a service call on my dryer. The dryer repairman took one look at my dryer and said the vent needed to be cleaned and he wouldn't work on the dryer until the vent was cleaned. He also recommended another company who wanted to charge $160.00 to clean my vent. I felt that a repairman who wouldn't service my dryer until my vent was cleaned. I had a bad feeling about this entire episode. Now the same repairman (my home warranty company authorized repairman) made a follow up visit to repair the dryer, and informed me that I must have the receipt showing the was completed (which I did). This time he was upset because I didn't follow his direction and hired a different company to clean my vent. He needed to know the cfm reading before and after the vent cleaning. This company didn't have a cfm meter but the air was free flowing and the pipe was clean. Now he refused to service my dryer until this vent was cleaned. Arizona Chimney revisited the dryer vent pipe and cleaned it again for me (without additional charge) and of course the vent was clean as it was when the originally cleaned the vent pipe. Now, I will return back to the warranty company and fight the dryer repair company. Wish me luck.
