 + -1 moreI called and they did a lot of checking for parts and analyzed the problem on the phone. The repair person was here later that afternoon and fixed the refrigerator. He called to update me on the schedule and was very informative about the work he completed. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

 + -1 moreThey are excellent. I decided to use them after I found them online. I think they performed authorized service for my brand of refrigerator. I also think they are on Angie's List. The technician who came out was on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to go get the part, but was back very quickly. He was very much punctual and did what he said he was going to do.

 + -1 moreI found Arizona Appliance Repair on Yelp---made a and quot;coldand quot; call to the owner and have been delighted with the service. Best of all: he's honest and a joy to have in the house.
Description of Work: Anatoly has been to our house on three different calls to service very high-end Sub-Zero appliances. In all cases he has done an outstanding job. He has diagnosed the problems( freezer not holding temperature; refrigerator building up frost; bar ice maker not making ice), provided options for us to consider, had the parts available in his truck and completed the repairs on the spot---without any ordering, call-backs or additional issues. His fees have been extremely reasonable and his response time has been outstanding.
