Daniel went above and beyond. Not only did he clean our dryer vent the morning after I called even though I said it wasnâ t an emergency, he explained how to find a better brush online should I decide to clean it on my own again. I bought the only brush/extension set for sale at home improvement stores, and it disconnected and got stuck moments after I started cleaning. I am not going to do it myself, though. I will call him again to get it done right. Thanks so much!
