Arcom has been my alarm monitoring service for over twenty years and I can't say enough good things about them. They also monitored my mother's security system, and her experience was nothing but positive, too. This family-owned business takes great pride in being responsive, professional, and very competitively priced. If I place a service call, a tech is scheduled quickly and they are always on time. I've used them to monitor my security system, install or repair components of the system, and work on the network wiring in my house. One of the best aspects of Arcom is that they seem to be able to monitor almost any brand of security hardware, as opposed to the "big name" companies that insist that you completely replace any existing hardware for them to do the monitoring. Arcom's willingness to work with what's already in the house has saved me thousands of dollars across the four homes I've had. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

We have used Arcom for about ten years. They did the original installation of our security system and provide local home monitoring services. We have a somewhat unusual alarm system (at least our previous security system provider thought so) with two-way voice communication capability. When we originally asked Arcom to install it, they were unfazed and did a great job. Their monitoring service over the years has been excellent. The one time we actually had a small fire in our home, they sent the fire truck right away even though I told them I thought things were under control. They are good about communicating by email which is best for me. Most recently they came out to replace a component of our system and as usual were prompt, efficient and fair with billing.

I just purchased a home that about the most basic alarm system possible - 3 doors and no windows are on the bottom-of-the-line panel.? Therefore, most of the doors and windows need to have sensors installed, the panel needs to be upgraded, and the keypad needs to be replaced.? So far they ve been great. The few times that my alarm has gone off, the police are at my home in less than 2 minutes. They take their job very seriously and I feel safe with them monitoring my home. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an alarm company. Price is great too.
