I had attempted the job; (I'll stay in the office from now on)... I called the company and Tony, the owner responded. I needed it done after hours on the weekend because I had to leave for Albuquerque. It was a safety issue for my wife. He immediately understood my concern. I gave him the address and he arrived as agreed. He looked at the attempt, and said it would be no problem to properly install it. He was done very quickly, very professionally complete with cleanup. He is the first company in my phonebook in Phoenix! As we talked, he gave a nice overview of his operation. You'll see a listing for a "small business" in Angie's List. DO\on't let it fool you. Whatever type of job Tony does—electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc— he does an excellent job.. He is a perfectionist. Over the years, i have hired Tony to do many different jobs for me. He is truly the best in every way.

It went really well. After a call to Tony, we texted information, including his bid. Based on his quick response and professional demeanor, I hired him. He quoted price and estimated the time it would take. He came on time after a quick text informing me he was on his way. It was possibly going to take 3 days, but he finished the job in two. He was prepared for any emergencies with extra supplies, which we needed. Tony and his associate sufficiently cleaned up every day. The job was done well, and I was pleased!

The work was to be done last Friday, waited 30 minutes then called. He was busy on another job and forgot! So he came the following Monday a little early. Work went slower than expected for I was hoping they could also install a traverse rod and more complex task. When they left I was untangling the blind cords and noticed one of the long blinds was hung backwards with the cords between the blind and the glass. Called him and he came back on his way home to correct. Tony understands your concerns and is easy to work with!

The voucher was for 1 handyman for 8 hours. I was only offered 2 men at 4 hours, which may seem okay to most, however, all I needed was another persons assistance to help me accomplish multiple items in my home. Some things need 2 people and I only needed 1 person for 8 hours. Angies List did not assist nor respond to my e-mails or when I opened a chat to a representative. The co. would not honor the voucher as printed and Angies List did not enforce or assist me in requesting what was written, prior to my purchase.

I purchased an Angie's Deal that included one handyman for eight hours of work; when I called Tony, he said it would be four hours with two handymen, which actually worked better for us because we had some heavy-duty projects such as installing two huge lodge poles between two tall trees and then hanging a porch swing from them...no simple task and my husband also helped. It was a three-man job. We also recently had Tony and another helper come to our house to help move some big, heavy furniture up and down stairs and then they spent six hours ($40 per hour per man) sanding some huge log poles and also a tall outdoor stairway leading up to a 2nd floor observation tower. The wood was really rough and had been long neglected and they sanded with two or three different grades of paper. It really made a mess, but now that they've finished, it all looks great. They also did a very nice job of cleaning up the mess. On both occasions, Tony and his helpers have been hard workers and real hustlers...they don't waste time standing around playing with their phones or just slacking. They show up on time and work hard and fast. I also think their price is fair considering that they don't waste a minute while they're here. Also, Tony is quite knowledgeable about all sorts of handyman jobs and we plan on having him return to do some stucco work. We definitely recommend Tony as an all-around good guy and hard worker who takes pride in his work.

The owner seemed very knowledgeable and good! The second person with him, not so much. Paint platters on the floor, door frames and ceiling.

It went very well. Tony arrived with another colleague and completed all of the work within 4 hours. They were very professional.

Great. Since Antonio does handyman work as well, he was able to also take care of some woodwork problems, which helped make the painting more effective. Antonio and his crew are timely, attentive, polite, professional and responsive. I have used them before and would recommend using them again.

quality and workmanship was great. The issue was when he charged me an additional 480 for the 2nd painter instead of one. He stated he mentioned that to me, but I would have asked what that price or hourly would be. Kind of a mis-representation if you ask me

I tried to have the ceiling fans put as much together as I could to save on my time. Very courteous and professional. Tony found a short in the wiring and repaired it. Will certainly hire again.

The vendor never contacted me. I left several voicemails for him. Total waste of time.

Advised I saw his ad on Angie's List - "$249.00 Painter for a Day (8 Hours)". Took him a day to come out to give me a quote. Came out and said he would get me a quote that evening. Nothing came. Waited 24 hours and nothing still. About 48 hours passed and the quote was verbal and through a text stating it would cost well over $3,400.00. I already found someone reliable for $2,100.00. Tony will NOT honor the $249.00 as stated on Angie's list.

It did not go. That is the problem. I would like to cancel the order but Angie's list has not gotten back to me. Very, very disappointed!!!

Originally he was supposed to start on projects at 8am. The day prior he text me said that he would be at my house at 8:30am. The day of the job he text me and said that he would be at my house until 9:15am. It was almost 9:30am by the time he showed up. He ended up bringing another guy with him to work. When he was getting started he realized that the door that I ordered was the wrong size, so I had to go and exchange the door. Before I had left I explained how I wanted the door to be installed. When I got back he had already had the main support beams installed, which I didn't want done because I wanted snug the beams up to the frame of the door to reduce the amount gaps around the frame. I then had to go back to the hardware store to pick up more shims and different wall anchors. When he was getting ready to do the ceiling he the payment I made of $240 was for 1 person doing the job and I had to give him another $240 for the person he brought with him to complete the job. When he started on the ceiling he asked me for 2 inch nails which I didn't have and had to run to the hardware store again. When I got back he said they were too long and he ended up using screws that he had with him. Towards the end of the job on the ceiling he had cut away some of the top of the wall so he could screw the plywood into the ceiling. This caused the plywood in the corner to hang down lower than the rest of the ceiling. Looks like crap. At that point I just wanted him to leave.

Excellent I will use them again in the future

I purchased the 4-hour of handyman services. I had 2 major projecst (small section of floor boards to be replaced, and a drawer needed to be rebuilt) and a number of other small items. Antonio arrived right on time, and was polite and professional. I showed him the major project area. He spent some time to look at it and assess what needed to be done. Then we talked about options and decided on a path. He asked if I had existing supplies that he could look at, which I did. He was able to use extra hardwood I already had so we didn't need to buy new items. He showed me the progress every time I looked in. The final result was perfect. He brought a helper who cut the wood while Antonio worked. The helper also completed the drawer project, and since there still was more time, I had him fix a number of other small items in the house. After a couple of days, the carpet popped up beside where the repair was. Antonio came back out the next day and patch that up.. Great service and great work. I felt like he was engaged with me throughout. I completely recommend him.

Service didnot go well / asked for money back and he would not reimburse her

AR Legacy Home Improvement was a dream come true. Tony was responsive in setting up an appointment and he and Francisco showed up right on time. In four hours, they had quickly and efficiently taken care of everything on my diverse and extensive list. They were very polite and a joy to work with.

Can't ask for anything more. Will be hiring again very soon.

Tony came out to our new home on a Friday night to walk through the house with us and give us an estimate on the job. It was very important to us that he understood the urgency to get the job scheduled right away as we were scheduled to move into the home on July 18th. Tony called with an estimate the following Sunday night and we agreed to start the job on Tuesday, July 11th. However, Tony called a few days later and said they could start ahead of schedule on Saturday the 8th. Our paint job consisted of two colors for our two story home. One for the kitchen, baths, laundry room and accent wall and one for the rest of the home. This included all the closets, pantry and the arches (the arches had to be painted both colors, one on each side, the lines were amazingly straight to differentiate between the colors). Tony understood exactly the vision we had for our home! They were on time, working everyday, except Sunday, from morning into the night . His crew, Danny and Caesar were very professional, friendly and did a good job. Tony was on the job most of the time and kept in touch with us during the whole process. We found Tony to be very easy to work with, honest, professional, friendly and dependable. Our job cost a little more, but it was a lot of work and well worth it!! We are very pleased with the job AR Legacy Home Improvement did and would recommend Tony to anyone who needs their interior painted.
