Description of Work: Everything went much quicker then expected. I am sure it was all timing but we paid the deposit and our pool was done two weeks later with no call backs. Actually our pool guy has given there names out to his other clients. New water feature and replaster.

At first, I thought the price was a premium, but for the attention to detail and skill to provide a long term solution, not a bandaid it was a bargain. He showed up early with a crew of 5 experienced craftsmen. The hand sealed the entire waterfall after a thorough cleaning and reinforcement of suspected leak joints. Then the entire falls was covered in concrete washed to texture it and acid washed. Care was taken to prevent any of the washings, or chemicals from entering the pond. The skill of the workers was exceptional as the attention to detail. When they left, the work area was clean and in better order than when they arrived. If you want top quality work for your custom water feature, look no further, this company delivered on all fronts.
Description of Work: I have a large 12 ft long waterfall going into a 7000 gallon Koi pond. The pond and falls are about 40 years old. The waterfall developed a severe leak losing much of the water as the falls were run. Finding anyone interested in doing a repair on this type of landscape feature was almost impossible. Chris Brown and Aquatic creations were responsive and prompt to my call.He came out and gave me an estimate the next morning, and was able to start work the next day. It was not a simple fix, but for a lasting solution decided to seal the entier feature, and then provide concrete for the water to flow.

 + -1 moreLevi Brown came out with his work crew. They discovered that there was a 1" crack in the foundation that had been obsucured by a recent patch job. They chipped out loose material and dug out all the old patches and sealed the leak. They then put down two layers of new material (Thougho Seal) and a granite texture. In addition to the water holding basin, they applied the granite texture around the waterfall to match the repairs. After wating three days I was able to refill the wather feature and am very pleased with the work and the look of the repairs.
Description of Work: Existing water feature was leaking. I called several companies in the "Pool" category and none of them wanted to mess with my small job. I got a referral from a pool company to Aquatic Creations. Chris Brown came out to review and estimate. I discovered that he was very experienced in developing and repairing water features. He is a specialist. I looked at the AZ Contractors License web site and discovered that the state had issued a special license to Aquatic for water features. Other potential contractors are licensed as landscapers He provided a reasonable estimate and we approved the work.
