He came out in 15 minutes and I am a property manager of a medical plaza have used him many times he showed me where the water damage was starting what had to be done I was about to give him the ok and the superintendent of the crew doing work net to the suite where the water came from new they where going to be responsible so they wanted to take care of it I let them only if they would do it per Aqua Dry instructions and they where very intimidate on the info I received from Alex and did it correctly

The 2 times I have used this company they have been very professional and helpful. Alex came over in about 15 minutes of me calling him close to Midnight. He arrived and quickly started sucking up the standing water with the truck-mounted vacuum. He set up the fans and dehumidifier after seeing with a hi-tech camera where moosture still was. Very quick and helpful service.
Description of Work: Removed standing water with truck-mounted equipment. Set up high-powered fans and dehumidifier to continue drying walls, below tile floor, etc.
