pool cleaners
+ -1 moreI've been texting about their soaps and detergent arrival since Oct. 6th. They said we should have it in 14 days. On Oct 27th we texted again and were promised to receive it by Nov 3rd. It's now Nov 9th and it still hasn't arrived and no call.
Description of Work: They put in an RO system with some guarantees yet to be proven. Also promised free soaps and detergents for 1 year. We've had the system 2 months, have called multiple times and they keep pushing back the time of arrival.
