**Please Note: We DO NOT DO Installations, Only REPAIRS**We are two cousins who decided to start our own home appliance repair company with a simple goal in mind, keep your home running so you can keep going. Just like you, we have families to cook for, laundry to do and dishes to wash, with no time to let appliance concerns slow us down. With over 20 years of experience, we will be there on time to fix it right the first time. All of our work is guaranteed and backed by our ONE YEAR parts and labor warranty. If the same part failure occurs again within the warranty period, just call us and we will come back and repair the appliance, NO CHARGE. Our mission is simple: provide upfront pricing with ZERO HIDDEN FEES, show up on time and complete the repair right the first time. We stand behind our workmanship with a 1-year parts and labor warranty for residential services. We are fully insured to protect your home.

This is a happy story, as these guys were great. If you have a Home Warranty policy, you probably know that the vast majority of the contractors on their rosters get lousy reviews on Yelp and other review sites. We went thru a problem last year w/our older SubZero freezer where AHS sent a guy who was well-intentioned and nice, but who spent about 16 (that's sixteen!) hours over 4 visits trying to fix it, with no success. AHS finally sent an outfit that knew what they were doing and they had it fixed in 20 minutes. Unfortunately the 2nd contractor resigned from AHS before we developed a new problem recently w/the freezer icemaker. Most of AHS's listed contractors were still the same ones w/one-star reviews, but fortunately a new outfit--Appliance Care & Repair--had signed on; they were experienced in the field but had just recently formed a new independent venture. I test-called them and they sounded pretty together, so we took a chance. Sure glad we did, as they were consummate professionals: knowledgeable, efficient, customer-centered. We expect they will do well growing their new business if they can provide the level of service we received.
