It was very easy. I purchased my iPad on offer up and it was locked my friend referred me to Apples2Apples because Nobody could help and I had no proof of purchase. By just giving my serial number over the phone and email...they even texted. I appreciate the professionalism and the easy payment option allowing me to use 2 cards. Best $52 bucks ever spent! Thanks again.
