Description of Work: Difficult to even ask a question without an appointment. Sometimes they don't know their product very well. An example would be the clerk who had no idea that the iphone had a flashlight. Another time they talked my friend out of buying a tablet by telling him that once you get pictures in the tablet there is no way to get them out. |Lots of misinformed, bad information. Been trying to buy a MacAir for months and keep hitting roadblocks.

 + 0 moreThey were wonderful. Since I had purchased the computer just 3 months prier to it crashing on me. the power supply went out on me along with several other things. They replaced the entire computer and gave me a new computer.

 + -1 moreMy friend needed to upgrade his Internet capacity and several other items. The staff was very good about explaining what he needed and why. He was then able to choose a Mac that fit his needs and the staff trained to use it.
Description of Work: I have a good friend in Paradise Valley who is a graphic artist from the BC (before computers) era. He has used this store for his computer needs for several years and has always had good things to say about it. They have taken the time to help him decide what features he needs for his work and then to train him on how to use them.

 + -1 moreI went into the store when they 1st opened. I did not have an appointment. They took my laptop behind the desk, took it apart, did something and gave it back to me working fine. No charge. They are awesome. I hugged the repair guy. Only Macs for me forever!

 + -1 moreI was able to leave the same day with a second generation ipod shuffle, which had twice the capacity, for less than a repair would have cost. I got plenty of use out of the old ipod and was able to get a new one at a substantial discount with the recycle option. Very happy with their service and with Apple in general.
Description of Work: I brought in an out of warranty 1st generation ipod shuffle that wasn't connecting to itunes anymore. I made an appointment at the genius counter and they looked at the ipod for a while and tried several things to fix it. Eventually they said they would have to send it in for repair, but that it would be actually cheaper for me to buy a new one with a recycle/trade-in of the old one.

 + -1 moreTHE SALESMEN WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CERTAINLY KNOW THEIR JARGON! AS SOMEONE WHO IS NEARLY COMPUTER ILLITERATE, I HAD A HARD TIME KEEPING UP. WE LOVE THE NEW COMPUTER AND ALL THE COOL THINGS IT CAN DO. WE WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE EVERYTHING WE WANTED IN 1 TRIP.
