API plumbing was there on time. Did the work courteously and the tenant was happy.

They are willing to do whatever it takes to make the work right. They stand behind their service and come back to fix it if they have to.

I was very impressed with API. As an Interior Designer I work with a lot of trades. Bill had an incredibly thorough knowledge of the job and possibilities and they were very reasonably priced. He offered alternatives to what other plumbers offered talked to me as if I were not a dumbbell - which so many trades can do. I look forward to working with them on future projects!

Nick fixed our toilet. We no longer have a foul oder in our bathroom, because of an almost nonexistent wax ring. He also reset the toilet so it doesn't move and replaced the toilet supply line. He also fixed the leak by replacing the flapper and fill valve. Nick was very punctual and arrived at the time I was expecting him for both appointments. We have used API for the past 9 years. We wouldn't use any other plumbing company. All of Bill's employees are professional and friendly. They explain what they are doing and why. We had an emergency one night in our bathroom where my shower knob came off and water was shooting out at 9:00 at night. I called Bill immediately, and he sent someone out to our house within 30 minutes. It's piece of mind knowing that I have a plumbing company that I know I can call and get professional service from. I won't use anyone else.

Background: I have a 25 year old house which I had built in 1988. Unfortunately, the plumber I used when the house was originally constructed wasn't so good, and I've had 3 slab leaks since. I used API on the last two slab leaks...one in 2007 and the other in 2011. API did a great job. On the 2007 leak, they located the leak, dug out the floor in the kitchen bathroom and did a simple pipe re-route,. As they attempted to repair the leak...it didn't work....the information the leak detection specialist (provided by my insurance company) gave them was wrong, so they ran another pipe and completed the repair. They total bill was $1290...very much within reason. In 2011, I had my third slab leak...so at their recommendation, I had them install two new 3/4" plastic water lines from the water heater in the garage about 65 feet to the master bedroom manifold. Since I had no attic space, they had to cut a long hole in the drywall all along in inside ceiling and worked like crazy with two men to place the plastic pipe, and re-run the water supply. Since I had a water softener circuit, they also suggested I add a 1/2" plastic water line in the same pipe channel....just in case I have a there leak in the future. I thought this was a great idea and the additional cost was minimal. When doing the installation ,they discovered that I had rsut showing in the bottom of my water heater. I found the invoice from Home Depot, and it was still under warranty, so I got a replacement water heater that night. They installed it at no charge the next day without service interruption since they were all ready working on the system. I also used them in 2010 to install two new Kohler elongated toilets, with slow close toilet seats, which cost $780. Overall, the've done excellent work and I would use them again. Dean P.

I trust them as far as plumbing goes. The work was fine.

They were conscientious. One of the problems is still not working properly correctly. A bathtub fixture was supposed to be chrome and it wasn’t so when it rusted a year later they came back. I felt he was expensive.

They cleaned the drain out in a rental house.

It was a great experience. They were very helpful. They didn’t expect payment upfront which was nice.

They do fabulous work for me every time they work for me. We refer them to a lot of people. We have been using them for at least a couple years.

I called late morning; left message with Traci whom said Bill would call to schedule. About 3 1/2 hours later, Traci called to see if it would be OK to send someone over within the next 2 hours! Quick response! Polite young man; knew what and how to fix what was needed; Price seems reasonable. Will call again for other plumbing needs.

THEY HAD TO ORDER A BRINE TANK BUT WERE ABLE TO GET IT AND INSTALL IT THE NEXT DAY. A FEW DAYS LATER, WE DISCOVERED A LEAK IN OUR WATER HEATER WHICH WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY REPLACED THIS AND WERE ABLE TO GET THE WARRANTY PRO-RATED.
