APEX Garage Door & Repair

Not great. 1 - Cost should have been around $125 but rather was $1,200. $65 for basic fee and about $50 for aligning electric eyes. 2 - Track rollers rolled as they should but Joe replaced them anyway. Replaced single usable spring with two new ones. Said rattling was due to old motor - offered to sell me another one for $600. 3 - Said door jumping up and down is due the old motor and the electric eyes not being aligned properly. 4 - Added additional parts I am not familiar with. Only told me what their cost was what they were for during or after installation,

Had a spring break on the garage door over the weekend. Called and left a message at Apex. Even though it was a holiday Quinn returned our call within 2 hrs. He quoted us a price and said the would be there the next day. The next day they actually showed up early! It was awesome! No extra charges or fees. Fixed fast and done right. They were honest, professional and did great work. I'm glad I called Apex. I highly recommended them!

Awesome. Quinn is a professional and knows his stuff. He quickly evaluated and diagnosed the motor issue on a 2002 Genie. The springs, cables and pullies he replaced are all working great.

Right after the order was placed we received a wonderful followup call from Melissa, who handles the appointments. She suggested a time that was not convenient for us and accommodated our request for service. Today, March 29, 2019 their technician Ryan, visited our house and provided the service that was promised. He examined the door and the motor and told me the quality of each. One of the things I especially liked was that he didn't try to sell me something. He advised me about the working parts and gave me some things to pay attention to. He was efficient, had great customer skills and was very professional. I would consider Apex, first, and especially Ryan for any service regarding our garage door. Ron H Goodyear AZ

I hired Apex through a deal on Angie's List so I was very pleased with the cost of the job. Melissa responded with a call promptly and sent Quinn to take a look the next day. The job was completed by the end of the same week. The new door looks great and is a major improvement to my home. The work done was excellent, but the best part was every person who works with Apex. They were great. We called around to several different places and they were the best around. I'd use them again if I need to but I've had no problems whatsoever.
