Never had to leave a voicemail with owner. The work was scheduled promptly and the cleaners showed up on time. The quality was fantastic. The service was professional and I would recommend to others.

The service was able to come the following day after call. They called when they were ready to head to the condo and arrived at the designated time. They provided an estimate which was reasonable considering the damage. They then went to work. The feces was a major issue and they addressed it professionally. The smell had not only penetrated the carpeting and the padding but also the wood beneath it (second floor loft area). Since the owner was moving soon and there was no guarantee that the cats would not use soil the area again, the owner did not want to pay the fee for a guarantee treatment of the wood. The service understood and stated that they could bleach the wood and that may perhaps solve the problem in the short term. It did. They cleaned more carpeting than they needed to and were very courteous.

THE FURNITURE WAS NOT MOVED, ALTHOUGH THEY TOLD US IT WAS. THEY SAID THEY DO NOT MOVE ANYTHING UNLESS IT'S ON ROLLERS. THE FEW THINGS THEY DID MOVE, THEY DID VERY HAPHAZARDLY. WE DID TRY TO GET EVERYTHING OUT OF THE WAY THAT WE COULD, BUT WE CANNOT MOVE HEAVY STUFF OURSELVES AND WE TOLD THEM THIS WHEN WE CALLED. THEY SAID IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM, THEY WOULD MOVE THINGS, BUT THEY DID NOT. WE FEEL IT WAS A VERY POOR JOB.
