The receptionist was friendly and responsive to my stated need, which was for someone to come out to check on a washer at a rental house that had stopped working that morning after being loaded. Although it was after 12 noon when I called, she slotted me for between 12 and 2, and the serviceman showed up just before 2. He trouble-shot the problem, which turned out to be due to the breaker, but took some electrical sleuthing because the wiring was very atypical and the wire was hidden behind the breaker box front panel. He then turned the washer on and listened through a cycle to make sure everything was okay, then charged me the service call fee of $49.95, which itself was $30 less than most companies are charging.The serviceman, Mike, was not only clearly very knowledgeable, but friendly and professional. I will definitely call this company again whenever I need help with appliances at either my rental home or my own!

This was an optimal experience from the time Mike set foot in my door. He was friendly and very professional. He not only diagnosed the problem, but he could've easily charged me to do the simple fix, but instead went above and beyond to educate me on why it happened and explain how I could easily fix the clogged drain by removing the ice and putting a little hot water down the drain. He also showed me how to remove the icemaker to check for ice clogging the water tube (the other problem). I will definitely use this company again because they are so trustworthy.
