The service men began by surveying all of my plumbing in the house, which I thought strange because all I needed was a faucet (which I supplied) replacement. Then I realized they were sizing up opportunities for additional work. Did a nice job on replacing the faucet a very simple job) but then gave me an outrageous quote on other projects. For example, they wanted $880 to run a water line from the sink to my new refridgerator--which in the Phoenix area is usually around $120-150, I soon learned. They left a bad taste in my mouth, like after you talk to a used car salesmen

Excellent. Just make sure you check that all water sources were turned back on after completion of service. My pool and garden water sources were turned off during repair and not back on at the conclusion. I discoved this 4 days later when I noticed pool looked low. In his defense it was like 4bazzilion degrees outside that day. Tech was very friendly and helpful and actually ended up fixing my water heater as well at my request. I would've rated this all A's on quality but I lost a couple garden plants because of water being shut off/not turned back on (not too big of deal).

Recently we replaced the 50+ year old drain pipes in our house. After obtaining various estimates, we selected Anthony’s Plumbing to do the work. Its owner, Brandon, was very helpful in explaining the process, including the nature and extent of the work involved. Each day he would let us know what would be done the next day. The work was done within the scheduled time frame and all of the workers were considerate, professional and accommodating throughout the process. They were able to accomplish the project with a minimum of disruption and with less damage to walls, cabinets and countertops than other companies had indicated would take place. They used protective materials inside and out to minimize the dirt and dust and to permit us and our dogs to have access to the back yard. They arranged for the concrete work to be done after the pipes were installed and even pitched in to help when some of the concrete workers did not show up. And, when the work was done, they did a nice job of cleaning up. Finally, the price was reasonable. All in all, the process was much better than we expected. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Anthony’s Plumbing. And, for those of you who have a skeptical nature (as we do), we had no association with anyone connected to Anthony’s prior to selecting them, and we are receiving no benefits by posting this review.

Bait and Switch Bought a $59 Angie's List deal for one hour of plumbing work. Replacing a Kitchen faucet is a fairly easy task with just one or two nuts and two hoses to connect, so easily an hour job for most. But when the plumber showed up he called to tell me his company always charged two hours of labor for Kitchen faucet installs and that I'd be charged $205 minus the $59 coupon and that I needed to pay him before he started. I told him that was nonsense that it would only take an hour and I knew it (from personal experience). He then offered to only charge me $75 more and since I was looking at having to call another plumber and losing$59 plus whatever the other plumber charged I agreed. My property manger went to the rental and paid him and waited for 50 minutes while he completed the job. He did a great job, but the company's coupon to get you to purchase and then force an upgrade on you to get the work done is disturbing. You should avoid this company.

Very well, works way better than before.

I have had this type of work done in the past, it was approx. $84 total. This guys wanted to charged additional $139 in addtion to the the deal. I got no response after trying to talk to the owner and after 3 calls to him.

These guys are TOP NOTCH. Thoroughly professional in every way. The arrived on-time, went right to work, explained things to me so I could understand (instead of using "plumber lingo") and gave me a detailed assessment of exactly what to expect from my existing water heater, and what it will take (and cost) to replace it. I would heartily recommend Anthony's Plumbing - and particularly Eric Munoz and his assistant - for any plumbing work you need.

Used two crews for half day. Fully equipped for jobs. Quality work.

The company was prompt. They scheduled me the following day but didn't show up. They apologized cause the tech had a hold up on the job before me. Then he came out next day. He diagnosed the issues and ordered parts. He came back the next day with the parts. He did the repairs and everything went well.

I had just sold an older townhouse and didn't want the new owners to have any problems with their main sewer line. I was aware of a root infiltration somewhere in the line. I purchased a special deal for Anthony's Plumbing through Angie's List that included up to two hours of hydro-jet service and a follow up video inspection of the line. They arrived with an ultra-powerful trailer-towed hydro-jet rig, and from setup to clean up it took just over an hour. The video showed a completely root-free main line! Anthony"s Plumbing made every effort to accommodate my schedule. They are experts in their trade and I highly recommend their service to anyone needing professional sewer line cleaning services.

We have a leaky R.O. system. Mark came in and consulted on what our options are for a solution. He was very thorough explaining each option and giving advice on the best solution for us. We'll attempt to fix ourselves, if we can't we will call Mark to complete the job.

Well, he didn't show when I was promised the day before by the office girl who, when I called again on the 8th, profusely apologized at not getting back to me as per request of the plumber who knew he was running late. He showed up and went right to work.He told me each step he was going to take and helped me find the main shut-off for the water.He contacted the restoration people to begin the drying process. As I was signing the bill, he noted that the hot water heater in the garage was new but hadn't been serviced annually. He offered to do it fo free early next year. I was impressed by his friendliness, good manners and demeanor.

We recently moved into this house and had some issues with the plumbing. He came in and checked out our hot/cold water problem and clarified how to turn off the hot water recycling system. He looked at the settings and condition of the hot water tank and made positive suggestions to turn down the temperature and in the future we might want to get a pan for underneath and add a valve where the gas line comes into the tank, but that he wouldn't recommend it right now as the tank is relatively new. He also explained about the water pipes running through the attic rather than the foundation because of chemicals used in what was once farm land corroding the pipes. He was very friendly and informative and didn't charge us for the house call. We will definitely call him back in the future.

I have used Anthony's Plumbing several times from fixing a faucet to replacing all the pipes in the house and from the house to the street. They did exactly what they said they would and did an excellent job every time. I find their prices reasonable and it's great to be able to rely on getting what you pay for. I recommend them highly.
