It was good. They did a nice job and fixed everything. I wasn't home but my son took care of it for me. We were pleased with what they did and how they did it. They came out promptly. They came out in a timely manner when I asked them to come out. They did a great job. We originally paid the $30 and they came out to check everything, and then there was a charge for the stuff they had to fix and replace. I felt that they were very reasonable. We called them and in a very short amount of time, like a day or two, they were able to come out and take care of everything for us. They came out in a timely manner and got everything squared away for us, and did a great job.

Great! Joshua was professional and friendly and explained the exact reasons they needed to be fixed. He made sure to give the job his utmost attention and made sure it was clean after the work.

That worked out fine. There was no additional fee. I'd give them the highest grade. The price was beautiful. I was totally satisfied. He was on time.

It went fine and looks great. The plumber was pleasant, experienced and did the job right.

The costs he suggested were in three plans ranging from $750 to over $1300! He said several times that the business had made a decision to charge higher rates so as to be profitable. He did clean a sluggish drain, but that was included in the $29 voucher.

We found him to be too expensive for our budget. My husband gasped at the prices, but the service provider said, "We have to make a profit, so we raised our prices." We found a neighborhood plumber who replaced one cartridge, gave us an estimate much lower than Anthony's, and apologized when he had to pay $25 more for the part than he had thought. He suggested we wait until we get a new bathroom cabinet until we replace the faucets. We agreed.

The guy was cool. I give them a 10. It was fine. The price? It was all right. Yeah, sure, he flushed it out in a bit. Not very much came out. There wasn't much to do, but hey, we called him, and he came out to do his stuff, and it was fine. I give him A across the board. He knew what he was talking about, and it was fine.

Found a hose adapter in the drain which cleared the stoppage.

I didn't know what type of cartridge I had in my shower and couldn't remove the handle. I called Anthony's the day before the appointment to tell them this. I was told at that time that I had two choices. The plumber could come out and remove my shower handle, determine what I needed and then the plumber would pick up the part and I would only have to pay for the part. The other option was I would pay an extra $29 for the call and I would pick the part up myself and reschedule for the plumber to come out later under the Angie's list purchase. Obviously I preferred the first choice. Gary West came out on 11/1. I explained to Gary what I was told that he could get the part. Gary was unpleasant while telling me that if he went and got the part I would also have to pay for the extra time, the gas, etc and not just the part as I had been told. He wouldn't listen to me and kept going on about it. To his credit, he did apologize a couple of times for this but needless to say this interaction started the service out on the wrong foot. I opted to get the part myself. When he removed the cartridge he told me it was an American Standard cartridge that I needed to purchase. After he left, I called different plumbing stores and visited them telling them that I needed an American Standard but none of the cartridges fit my fixture that I brought with me. It was not until I went to BPI that it was determined that I needed a Price Pfister cartridge not an American Standard. So I had spent the better part of my day looking for a brand of cartridge that wasn't the correct one. At this point I seriously regretted my Angie's list purchased but went ahead anyway and scheduled for another Anthony's plumber to come out on 11/5. I was very pleased with this plumber, Avery Scott, and I told him before he left that he restored my confidence in Anthony's plumbing. He was friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. He was willing to take off his shoes at the front door to help keep my floors clean. He suggested that I not remove my tub spout to put a new one in because damage to the pipe could occur if he tried to remove it due to hard water mineral build up. However he did loosen up the diverter on my old spout so that I could regulate the flow of water from that spout again. I am giving Anthony's an A solely for Avery's helpfulness and great attitude.

Mark fixed both and did an evaluation on the home. The biggest difference between hm and the previous 2 plumbing companies we hired. He explained issue without doing a MASSIVE UPSALE to get us to pay for additional services. I feel like I have finally found a plumbing company I am comfortable using. I

He finished that task in under a half hour so he asked if there was something else we wanted him to check. I showed him the flush lever in the other bathroom that wasn't working correctly. He tightened the nut then said the chain was too long. So he shortened that. Then he said the flapper needed to be replaced. When he removed the old flapper he said there was some kind of plastic underneath that which he scrapped off. The new flapper didn't seat properly so he re-installed the old flapper -- sans the plastic that he had scraped off. He also moved the refill tube which he said was incorrectly placed. After he left we discovered that the toilet was running intermittently. It had not been doing that before his visit. Phoned the office and they eventually got a plumber out -- two+ days later -- to perform an embarrassingly simple fix. I thank Mark for coming out at five on a Friday afternoon.

Very nice. Didn't need the whole hour for the work and wanted to do more. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I bought a coupon to get the sewer cleaned out, but the technician discovered that the plumbing under the sink was installed wrong. There wasn't even a p trap. He quoted me a price that I felt was a bit high but within reason. We then had a communication issue with when to schedule the additional work, but once we got that addressed, the tech came out and did the work on time and did it right.

They were expensive. The quality of work was good. It was upfront.

It was good service, this was done about two months ago. Both times he's done a very good quality work. My wife thought that the cost of the second one was a little high, it was to replace with welding the pipes to the clothes washer, and she thought $350 was a little kind of high, but that's what I paid. He seem quite confident though.

It went great, they are very professional & I am pleased with their work.

Plumber immediately noticed a split ring/nut holding the pipes together, now wide gap, obvious source of leak. Was told the cost to replace part was just a few dollars. Then stated that the disposal was old and probably had slight leak as well. New disposal quoted around $350 - $600. After explaining that I only wanted to fix big obvious problem and not disposal, the quote to replace the cheap part was now $104. I asked what was their hourly labor rate, was told no hrly rate, just flat fee. We had already paid for the Angies List service call. He did not thank me, was rude when he realized I wasn't going to buy new disposal.

It was okay. I asked them the regular price and it is a lot more expensive than the coupon price if you ask them for future service.

It was good. We got some information that we did not know. I thought we would get a some sort of credit since the plumber did not do anything, but we have not heard from them as yet.

Excellent! Very professional, courteous and a great job done! Will use them again!
