Description of Work: Hot water faucet in master bath leaking. After borrowing some tools from my husband, fixed quickly. Only bad part was that he was here for only half an hour--perhaps, he could have used time remaining to check out toilets and all drains to ensure all was working/draining properly.

Description of Work: The first one he readjusted 2 toilets and I did paid some extra more than the $29, I think part of it was for a replacement of the internal parts of the flush of the toilet, so otherwise, I thought it was fair.
