Tony came out the first time and tried replacing the remote sensor that turns our pool light on and off but, for some reason, the remote sensor next to the pool wouldn't pick up the wireless signal from the controller in the house (the system was about 10 years old). He wasn't sure why our system had suddenly quit working because everything checked out and he could turn the light on and off manually at the sensor. He thought it could've been caused by interference from nearby radio signals (there have been new cell towers installed in our area recently). He didn't charge us for the house call and, instead, said he wanted to do some more research and would be back. About a week later Tony called and said he had found a new type of system that relied on our house wiring to boost the signal to the sensor. This was on a Friday and he said he would be at our house at 6:30 a.m. Monday morning to install the system. At 6:30 on the dot he was ringing our doorbell. Although things didn't go as planned and ended up taking Tony quite a bit longer than he thought to install everything, he persevered and got everything working. It turned out that the system needed to be configured and programmed in a very specific way and it wasn't spelled out that clearly in the manual. I highly recommend Tony for any type of electrical work. He was very knowledgeable about his business, he was friendly yet professional, he was punctual and I thought his price was right.
