Way overpriced and quality was poor. They had to come back twice to fix it.

Bob was very responsive in regards to coming out to the house to give me an estimate. The estimate was half the price as an estimate from a different contractor. The crew started and finished on time and did a great job.

Bob was really easy to contact and arrived on time for the initial consultation and quote.  I'd already had the job quoted by 4 other landscapers but none of them could capture the "look" I was going for which was much more of a native AZ landscape.  Bob listened carefully, made plant recommendations and ultimately designed a layout that totally captured what I'd envisioned for the area.
Bob's quote was slightly higher than the other landscapers but he worked well with me to make alterations so that his plans fit my budget.  This mostly meant that I would purchase all the plants and install myself but the important thing is that Bob was open to ideas - he really gave you the sense that he wanted to do the job and was willing to do what it took to earn my business.
Right before Bob was scheduled to start, he called to let me know his current job was running one day behind schedule.  He'd already warned me about this, so it wasn't a surprise and he called in plenty of time (on a Friday when he was expected Monday) so that I could work around the re-schedule.  Bob showed good communication and planning skills.
Installation day 1 - Bob's team arrived with Bob.  We reviewed the proposal, the plans and then the team set to work.  Very professional folks, always moving and doing.  The area was stripped and cleaned in no time.  Soil contouring was completed as was all trenching and the area was left ready for me to do the planting.
Installation day 2 - Bob's team arrived on time and immediately went to work completing the irrigation and light installation, placing rocks and spreading gravel.  Bob had estimated a 2-day job and it proved to be right on target.
Bob and his team are totally professional.  I was informed of every issue (there were only a few, very minor ones) and I was asked for input all along the way.  It allowed me to feel a sense of control but didn't impede the team from moving forward.  Bob made some great (but very simple) suggestions about the size of the gravel and the placement of lighting that took my landscape to a new level.  I now have a resort-style xeriscape and while it blends nicely with the style of my neighborhood, it stands apart in it's up-market style and design.  I couldn't be happier and would gladly use him again.

The whole process went according to schedule.  At the end of each day, the work site was cleaned up and tools put away.  The results were and still are outstanding.  The owner was involved from the planning through the finish.  I have had numerous complements on the results including realtors who have commented on the outstanding curb appeal.

Bob responded to my e-mail for service on our pool equipment wall. He came out to see the job and make an estimate. He was on time, friendly and professional. We made an appointment to have the work done- cut through an old concrete block wall to add drainage to our pool equipment area. He came and did the job. It worked wonderfully during the next monsoon downpour. Thank for a great job Bob. Kris

Crew came on site and started demolition. We talked and changed or added some things. Bob was a very easy person to work with and he is very excited and passionate about his work. The crew always cleaned up their work area everyday before they left job site. This was one of the best experiences I have had working with contractors. My wife and I love our yard. Wish I would have done this 5 years ago.

WE HAD A LOT OF PLANTS REPLACED AND GRAVEL PUT IN. I WAS AMAZED AT WHAT A DIFFERENCE CERTAIN PLANTS MADE IN THE OVERALL LOOK OF THE SPACE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN GUIDING US IN OUR DECISIONS AND STAYING WITHIN THE BUDGET WE HAD SET.
